I bought the Stealth 4 Hybrid today. I usually struggle with hybrids. I was crushing this thing 200 yards easy. Love it

Hi Harry. Joe here. I am playing 5 rounds of golf over this holiday weekend. I have a nice collection now of Stealth Hybrids #3, #4, # 5 and # 6. I fitted them with the A flex senior shafts and I am having good results. I tried the # 6 for the first time yesterday on a short par 3 hole. It was a good choice as I dropped the ball right in front of the flag just off green. Easy par. Finding them to have better dispersion/accuracy then my original Sim Max hybrids. Can't wait to hit the courses later today. I also found the normal Stealth Hybrids were my best option. I will opt for more forgiveness every time.

@@harryshawgolf I will stay in contact. Are you playing a couple of the stealth hybrids? I take it you are somewhere in the United Kingdom? I did play again this morning. We have this island hole on the 8th hole. Once again I pulled out the # 6 Stealth hybrid and put it on the left side of the green. Resulting in a par. I can tell I made the right decision going with the A flex shafts for my Stealth hybrids. Lighter shaft gives us seniors a bit more swing speed and better chance of getting it up in the air. Golfers Warehouse here in the states is getting me a # 7 Stealth hybrid from one of their stores in the midwest. None are available in the Northeast where I am. I live in Connecticut. Yes I am - I am mainly focused on the coaching and RUclips/ social media side of golf to take as career paths so fingers crossed the next few months go well to allow me to do that! I actually made a video where I compared the stealth hybrids against my current 2 iron udi - have a look at the video! Yes we’ll keep in touch!
Just had an iron fitting today, replacing my 2016 M2 irons (4-PW) with P790s (5-PW) and the Stealth 4-Hybrid in place of 4-iron. I was amazed at how easy it was to hit nice high shots with this hybrid. Clubs are expected to arrive in 3 weeks. Cant wait!

Hey Harry. In a recent event I decided to test Ping G 425 against the stealth hybrids. I never expected to say this but I like them even better then the stealth. I like both a good deal but I used to own a few of the Ping G 400 hybrids and I was sorry I ever let them go. Since I have 90 days to review all club purchases at my fitters I decided to try the Ping G 425. Found I was in heaven.. Accuracy, dispersion and the feel were amazing. I tested both makes at various lofts that they both offer. I also tested with senior flex shafts appropriate for my swing speed. I tested both the Stealth and G 425's over a number of days at various golf courses. You cannot go wrong with either make thats for sure. I also like the visual aides that Ping gives you such as those 3 small dots to align your shots. They also have a nice set up on the face to further aide you in that respect. It was a good deal easier for me to see to align the shots with the Ping. Would love to see you do a review on the Ping offering if you haven't yet. Take care. Joe

@@harryshawgolf I think you will love the Ping G 425 hybrids when you try them. I am really surprised at just how good they are.
The twist face on the drivers has helped me massively this year off centre hits so not get punished as much as other brands so looking at a hybrid with the same face has me excited to use, I only have a cheap Wilson one witch is ok but would love to give this stealth ago specially when am already booked in for the irons👀
BUT I think the hybrids are getting more expensive these days.

I use a g425 driver and 3 wood, but I chose a stealth hybrid after tested by 425 and stealth. Address by stealth looks more stable

Interesting, I was leaning towards picking up the plus but now I’m thinking I should give the other a shot. I just got my stealth irons (4-AW) and definitely need a 3H before the season opens up in Alberta. Good video btw.

Good review. I have a few of the Sim Max hybrids. Older than the current model but very forgiving and long. I agree with you. Out of the two choices I would have picked the same one you did. I have always felt Taylormade makes a good hybrid.

@@harryshawgolf I just got some Stealth hybrids today Harry. I like them. I need to go out a few more times to do a fair comparison. The new Stealth really has a great look to it. I hit a few good shots with them today. Current opinions from many are that the dispersion is much tighter with the Stealth. I will come back here and let you know after another round or two.

@@harryshawgolf Hey Harry. Just reporting back now that I have had more time with the Stealth Hybrids. I have been using the # 4 and # 5 in the A flex senior shafts. They are working out very well. I am also trying the # 3 in a regular shaft out of curiosity. I can exchange within 90 days at golfers warehouse . I prefer the A flex senior shafts so I will be trading the # 3 back in for one with the A flex shaft. I also have a # 6 on order. I have been hitting some rockets with these stealths. Today I played a course in Glastonbury Connecticut called Minnechaug. As I played these Stealth hybrids felt more and more natural in my hands. Very hard to be disappointed in a Taylormade Hybrid. :) All my best Harry. I am sure I will have more to say on these as I play more. Best wishes from the states. Joe. P.S. Played a course called Tallwood today Harry. Stealth hybrids were playing very nicely again. Bottom line is the dispersion is by far better than my original sim max ones. There is no doubt now after several rounds. There is a different feel to using the Stealth's too . I have settled in just fine. I am also noticing more power. I honestly cannot imagine a better hybrid.
Nice review…still preferred the Ping g425 when I tried them both and in fact it went in the bag! Keep the vids coming!

I tried the stealth hybrid and loved it but got the rogue st max to match my driver, big mistake! The driver is great but I don’t think the hybrid is as good
Interesting! Shall I compare the Taylormade Stealth Hyrbrid to the Callaway Rogue ST?
@@harryshawgolf they seem to be the popular choices right now. I’m off 18 and the stealth just felt amazing, 19 degree averaged 210 down the middle which is great for me

What shaft were you using here? Stiff or regular. I ordered a 4H and got the regular shaft.

Did you test the 3H or 4H? I can't decide which one I want to get
I tested the 3 hybrid in the stealth plus and the 4 hybrid in the Stealth. I did enjoy hitting both but did come to the conclusion that the Stealth was better.
