Hello, If I remember Well on the F7 we can swap the USB in front of the screen and the one behind the screen for apple CarPlay but I dont remember the process. Can you help me ?
I have (had?) this unit and while it is great their support is horrible. I had a minor issue with Android Auto and their support suggested updating the software. Using files they provided me with and the process they asked me to follow (as there is nothing on their website), the unit is now stuck in an endless boot loop. Not only being very slow to respond, their best solution now is that I will send the unit back to them (at my own expense) for either repair or to be replaced with a refurbished unit. Not going to happen.
