I got the G100 last month and i am so happy, this camera is amazing, all the features, the quality just blows my mind, so far i am very happy and feel great about my choice, btw the other option was the ZV10,i feel like people underestimate the G100
I love having a viewfinder, which I miss on the Sony ZVE10. I like the LUMIX G100 for its lightweight form plus viewfinder. Both great in their own way.
I looked at Your Z5 photos on Your Flickr Page Many of Them Were Amazing!!!!! I will be looking at all of the other cameras soon :) :) :) Thanks for Your hard work to do Your Videos :) :) :)
I feel like u are a bit biased to the Sony? Btw I just asked Panasonic and they claim that while using the G100 as a webcam with the Lumix Webcam Software the camera receives some low charge to mantain the battery. I think that récord limit is pointless, 30mins are a lot, maybe for u the overheating doesnt mean nothing but to a person who only owns one camera might be a game changer. Also the color on the Lumix is just amazing, the quality of the mic is way way superior, just saying. All those little things.....No antialiasing on the G100 = More sharpness, maybe for vlogging the better option is the Sony but overall i feel like the better camera is the G100, maybe i m just in love with it who knows....Also more lenses options on the G100 might be a gamechanger for a lot of people, just saying....I can keep this going on, the battery life, not even comparable in my opinion, i just dont get all this hype about the Sony i feel like its all marketing.
Hey , as someone who used a pair of two a6400 and a6000 while also having tried the g7 and g100 , the batteries in it lasts far longer than the lumix does - could be due to optimization and that while long record limits are kinda subjective - ive used a camera in a fixed angle for long form interviews and cant just cut a section out of nowhere for a break Both the a6400 and zve10 uses oversampling at 4k , that while the g100 does fantastoc readout from - wont match the 6k oversample that sony does ( albeit with rolling shutter ) Lens options are also subjective , most lens in the m43 category can be classified as wide primes and most ultrawide comes at a cost , remember that 16 on apsc land is 24 while on m43 its 32 mm , which is pointless for anything wide You'need atleast a 12mm to match an apsc at 16 at least Not to mention the depth of field difference with the apsc doing better bokeh ( not everyone is doing f1 vudeography , i know , but its nice to have an option , while m43 can go as low as 1,2 only ( 2,4 eq ) ) Iso increases also suffer in m43 , where iso 800 is comparable to iso 1000/1250 on the sony Also lets not forget that the removed aa filter on the g100 doesnt beat oversampled 6k readout The a6400 while having the goddamn annoying sony menus also offers more growing paths for people to grow and learn into while the g100 comes as a kinda budget camera with little rooms for growth I say all this while keeping in mind that i use a fuji xa7 outside of work and has experience with Canon M50 , 250d , a7mk3 & 2, a7r's , canon rp ( and r ) , canon c100 and fuji gfx50r ( glad i got to use it on loan one time for a shoot )
I use it mainly in the studio but I have tested it outdoors and the results are equally great as long as you are not more than about 20 feet from the camera, it's not the best for long distances, the nice thing is you can record directly to the transmitter and sync it later which is great.

@@harrymiram6621 for me bmpcc cameras are amazing but unfortunately I had to sell mine. Quality is awesome and menus are the best the industry but they have no AF, certainly not usable anyway, as I work on my own I need cameras with reliable AF and the bmpcc did not offer this.

I mean the sharpness that u get from the G100 is just next level

The G100 is more enjoyable to use than the Sony. The EVF is worth gold. It is a lightweight addition to my G9 kit.

the colours from lumix looks good. if g100 had 24 mp sensor it would easly beat zve10

Both the a6400 and zve10 uses oversampling at 4k , that while the g100 does fantastoc readout from - wont match the 6k oversample that sony does ( albeit with rolling shutter )
Lens options are also subjective , most lens in the m43 category can be classified as wide primes and most ultrawide comes at a cost , remember that 16 on apsc land is 24 while on m43 its 32 mm , which is pointless for anything wide
You'need atleast a 12mm to match an apsc at 16 at least
Not to mention the depth of field difference with the apsc doing better bokeh ( not everyone is doing f1 vudeography , i know , but its nice to have an option , while m43 can go as low as 1,2 only ( 2,4 eq ) )
Iso increases also suffer in m43 , where iso 800 is comparable to iso 1000/1250 on the sony
Also lets not forget that the removed aa filter on the g100 doesnt beat oversampled 6k readout
The a6400 while having the goddamn annoying sony menus also offers more growing paths for people to grow and learn into while the g100 comes as a kinda budget camera with little rooms for growth
I say all this while keeping in mind that i use a fuji xa7 outside of work and has experience with Canon M50 , 250d , a7mk3 & 2, a7r's , canon rp ( and r ) , canon c100 and fuji gfx50r ( glad i got to use it on loan one time for a shoot )
Did you do audio test on DJI Lavalier mike? Sounds great indoors but have you tried it outdoors?
