@@cameralabs thanks for repping such a great and iconic Australian brand such as Crumpler you’ve got a new sub and keep up the amazing work you do Gordon
Thanks to the negative reviews this camera is now available for 500€ with the kit lens and the tripod. That's a very competitive price point: 200€ less than the the Sony Z-V1. Panasonic also released updates that solve some of the issues with AF.
I think Panasonic’s marketing department goofed by emphasizing the vlogging (which the ZV1 does better) and not pushing the general content creation in a tiny package (which the G100 does better than the ZV1). You cannot beat interchangeable lenses and a bigger sensor when it comes time to getting creative. Try putting a vintage lens on the ZV1, for example. The G100 can do true 1:1 macro, stop motion animation, shift lenses, long telephoto, ultra-wide and fisheye. The ZV1 is a one trick pony while the G100 has lots of tricks up its sleeve. Sadly, Panasonic failed to communicate that in any effective way. I love it, but not for most vlogging.
i got it, so i could record a dj set with analog mixer. Not one review goes into recording range. It has a 6+ analog range, awesome no 3k investment to be able to record with computers and software, audio interface and more. Also you can do longer recording by using the right memory, sdhc not sdxc.
@@TsvetanVLife It's not a joke. It's basically a smaller G7 with newer sensor. And G7 was used a lot as a vlogging camera. Want IBIS, go for heavier and more expensive G90 even G9. I have the G100. I bought it for photos. I wanted a small travel camera with EVF. The pictures are quite nice and nice to throw into a backpack. I know that this is sold as a vlogging camera, but it's more than that.
The GX80 has the same kit lens and has 5 axis stabilization. I would guess the IQ is easily on a par with the G100, except the GX80 is not really for vlogging, but it can now be had for peanuts.. Great reviews by the way.
Poor image quality and they took away IBIS? One of Panasonics biggest strengths, especially for vlogger? What is panasonic doing? It's just a Canon m50 now with worse AF! They are losing touch with their market if you ask me, G90 was nothing special either
Yep, no IBIS, so yes, I'd agree the M50 is a close rival. The AF is better on the Canon for 1080, but the built-in mics on the G100 are pretty cool - that said, you can connect an external mic to both.
Looks like they just copied the M50. I like Lumix, though. Won't get this one because I don't want to pay for all those "vlogger" features that I will never use. Yes, sad for MFT - ruclips.net/video/loF_ZuB-yds/видео.html
@@cameralabs I want to get something that's really good for video vlogging with excellent quality. I would probably spend up to $1,600 on it and what would you recommend
Yes the end of MFT and I expect the end Panasonic camera division as they have repeated the same mistake of no phase detect on their new full frame line. Once Canon R5 / R6 comes out I am sure that will be the end of Panasonic camera div
@@ourtvchannel phase detect is not a panacea too. I saw a lot of footage shoot with fuji that has the same autofocus problems as Panasonic but with on sensor PDAF. Only Sony can do phase detect almost ideally. All other camera manufacturers have some half-assed version of it. And also, PDAF sensors can diffract light and introduce artifacts like bending and striping. Contrast detect don't have this problem. This is probably the reason why Leica cameras use contrast only AF.
@@EugeneLazin I agree as someone who owns a few Fuji cameras inc the T30 and new XT200. They are lovely cameras but again hopeless autofocus for video - just unreliable. My Sony cameras inc, A7 RiV are excellent as you said. I know about the banning with phase detect sensors etc but it has never been a problem I have personally seen. I think Leica's reasons for not using phase detect are more linked to their involvement with Panasonic and that they are primarily stills cameras, but all good points
Since this is a video camera, they should have a) use the 16MP sensor that does not crop in 4k, b) do not invest any money and real estate in a EVF, c) definitely, definitely let the IBIS in. If I'm a vlogger I cannot think of a single reason to buy this. And if I'm not a vlogger - the same.
The image stabilisation is terrible, just like cameras of 5 years ago. This is a terrible retrograde step for Panasonic. Why would any bloggers want to buy a camera with such terrible wobbly background as it simply makes viewers queasy or throw up after 5 minutes (like watching you walk around).

Seems like Panasonic either can't fit In-Body Stabilization in small camera bodies or they don't want to. The 4 year old GX80/85 is the smallest IBIS m43rds camera body and it still weighs about a pound. Which does not bode well for pocket photography or sophisticated Vlogging Rigs.
Yeah, I think I would have picked the Sony too, even in the studio the little pana focus only wants to stay on the person in the background, just painful to watch.
@@mikldude9376 i dont know what sou do with sour cam but i have all panasonic cams and they do perfectly fine. There is such a thing like af modes you know?
Glad you like the ZV-1. Personally, I will never buy another camera that doesn't have a viewfinder. I tried it once and was very frustrated every time I was shooting in bright sunlight. I love to review pictures in the viewfinder to check focus, etc...You cannot see a back screen of most cameras in bright sunlight. I like a lot of features that the G100 has. I am very glad to hear they have improved the autofocus.
Spatial audio and tripod are very interesting. Just checking the specs, the battery is the same as the LX100, and the US kit already(!) has $50 off the tripod kit so it's effectively free. The G80-series also works with the tripod, so that would be cheaper, with less 4k crop and IBIS - albeit without the aspect ratio control or the high-res low-reflection sensor.
Great review.. as usual.. Vlogger's delight ? Probably for most Vloggers.. but I m now wondering if a guy we all know.. will have his say...." All i want is the perfect camera !"
6:53 the white balance is greenish as Gordon looks a little green. Also when Gordon rotates, you can see the image stabilizer jumping the background so it's trying to hold onto the background lock which is a hugely annoying thing with electronic stabilization and movies. The 3 mics seem to only help in the behind-the-camera mode.
Hi Gordon, thanks for the nice video. Always enjoying those. As for the camera I actually quite like the feature set of the G100. As an entry level G camera it makes sense to me. Viewfinder and swively screen are brighter and larger than the one of the only competitor EM10 III. The micro setup is great, if you are an occasional video guy and don't want to buy and fiddle around with an external mic. The body is very small and solid enough. Of course a G90 or G9 can do "more" and/or "better". If my GM5 would ever break I might buy this as a replacement.
I would buy the panasonic even though I dislike the loss of that good IBIS they have in other cams. The reason is that it far more flexible. Sure you get a soso kitlens at least when it comes to speed. But you can add a Sigma F1.4 56 mm and it is a good portrait cam. You can add well a 20 mm f1.7 which is still tiny. A 42,5 mm f1.7 Panasonic is a very small good portrait lens. And we can go on and on an on. The IQ out of these combinations are just a lot better than Sony's kit lens will ever get you. Also an EVF or not is a big one. With the full sun an EVF is always nicer but also for action shooting (stills). Too bad you did not test how well this DFD works wiht action photo's but if it is as good the G9 than it is very capable. COmpared to a Em1.2 or a G90 it is also a lot smaller and a but lighter.
Great review as always. Thanks And it is clear Panasonic will collapse on their DFD insistence Just sad Everyone one else doing PDAF Maybe Sony will not sell them sensors with PDAF Panasonic has many great features but they will fail with their poor tracking focus - 2020 And still Panasonic producing poor tracking focus Folks will buy the Sony zv1 I think Panasonic will be out of camera business in few years - Unless they hire a new chief that says let’s do PDAF But the odds of that slim Seems Olympus doing better although struggling
Panasonic ain't going nowhere, but you are, they have the Gh series that people love and the S series that has the S1H that has been approved by Netflix, and that's without phase defect, err... detect auto focus and their dependable Camcorders that will have Panasonic in the game as long as they want. So go get yourself an overheating Sony or a cheap Canon that most people return to the store after they have purchased it. Nikon? Please, Panasonic is the king when it comes to Video, so deal with it!
I wish lumix would come out with AF like sony has. If they had that on gh5, it would put the rest on the rubbish heap. Anyway I guess it's free to dream lol. Thanx for the vid Gordon, I'm a huge fan of this channel. Please keep the great content coming.
I remember watch a video for first time from you in 2008 and look now, cameras are better than 2008 and smartphones are great also... cheers from Ireland
I get the point about displaying products but in the main, would not a solution be to showcase the product and keep out of the filming ,essentially the vocal commentary will suffice , love this camera ,waiting for a special offer to buy.
The G100 is not as good a vlogging camera but possibly better all round with the interchangeable lens and larger sensor. But that will set you back more when buying other lenses . I prefer the portability of the ZV-1 with the focusing system. Stabilisation, front recording light and general simplicity. I don’t use my canon m50 to vlog with anymore and it’s now my still camera that I may vlog with but it won’t be with me as often as the Zv-1
It seems like it's in a bit of a no-mans-land, It's a good experiment of a new mic system and innovation is always welcomed, however, I feel it's not a sufficient USP to get it flying off the shelves. The lack of IBIS is understandable but I think too large of a flaw. The Panasonic G7 was my first tentative step into 4k and the m43 system and I could make up for the shortfalls for the most part with a gimbal and my years of using manual focus, I've even used it on professional gigs as the picture quality with good lighting has been that good. I hope m43 brings out something soon to shock the industry such as TOF focus, however, I think the R6 will probably get the shock title due to price point but certainly, it's an interesting time.
Thé sound thing is a winner, but autofocus is still not so good. I think camera makers are in cahoots to never give cameras under $1500 that has excellent everything. I am pretty sure that they disable features just to push us to upgrade. They should make their big bucks on lenses, not cameras as much.
I want a compact system camera with good features, and no limitations (like 1/500 mechanical shutter). Which one is the best choice then? I want to catch running dogs with AF kept, and also nice stills where the camera detects eyes etc. Should I go for any other m43 camera or do i need to get up to aps-c ? For now Ive owned all formats avaliable, but this time i want something handy (as in compact) but that performs well. Suggestions ?
Might be it is good camera, but price is not right. Regarding auto focus, most just spoiled by phase detection, but having S1 I can say the it is not bad at all.
@@ravebrave8866 anything you can afford. Remember the sensor will effectively multiply the focal length by 2, so if you want 24 wide angle, then you'll need a lens starting at 12.
I've wanted to upgrade for a while, to something with a headphone jack and articulating screen, but nothing so far beats my GX85... The G9 is probably gonna be my next camera purchase. Dang.
@@cameralabs I've got a bunch of m43 lenses too. I was just hoping for more options overall, I'm not really settled yet. I'm not sure what I want to do.
@@briandipierro8865 The G9 is definitely a big improvement over the GX85. I have both. Much better at wildlife and sports photography. Many more features that I haven't even used yet. The GX85 is still the king of small m43 camera bodies because of its IBIS. I bring the GX85 with the 20mm f1.7 prime when I don't want to lug my camera bag around with the G9 Gear.
@@overnightdelivery it's also got 10 bit internal video capabilities! I'm definitely thinking about it. I use the 25mm f1.7 all the time on my GX85, I don't have the 20mm yet. I love the 42.5mm as well, got some good candid portraits of family at parties.
Interesting audio options. (I just wish you had tested the surround mode by turning the camera all the way round while talking). The “tracking” mode certainly didn’t do a very good job of tracking you: I don’t know about the audio level, but the high frequencies were dulled a lot as you panned to the side. I could be wrong, but that didn’t seem to be as bad in the “front” mode. By the way, I did notice your hoarse voice - especially in the outdoor scene. You also didn’t look quite as happy as your normal self. I hope you’re alright. Best wishes, Gordon!
Thanks Lau, I haven't been feeling brilliant, but it's just being run-down through too much work rather than anything else. I'm already feeling better than I did a couple of days ago.
To be fair to the stabilisation system Gordons hands do look very shakey. You don't look well, especially in the forest clip, where your face turned green.
I've had mine for about 2 years now. As a photographer more than a videographer, this is an excellent non-ibis compact m43 camera. Im just trying to figure out if there are differenties between the m43 sensors. is it? =P I know there is an older 16mp sensor, but aside from that? Is the sensor in lets say a G9 more advanced than in a G100?
I can't remember for each model, but yes there are / were differences between sensors even with the same resolution for things like readout speed, affecting bursts, video options etc.
A bit late to watch, but I was surprised how well the AF worked in video (likely perfect in stills) certainly good enough if decent light, albeit don’t walk and talk…too wobbly, although perhaps offset if you like a giant face if in 4K.
Omg the footage is unwatchable as soon as you start to walk even at high EIS settings. Panasonic got a lot of work to do in order to catch up with Canon Fuji level of EIS.
Kai is dressed in shorts for his video Gordon is dressed for the artic. Must be British weather. What I find interesting is that with the crops the G100 ‘s sensor is no bigger than the Sony. Then couple this with the much faster lens and the Sony is looking very good. I think I’ll stick with my G85 - better battery life, IBIS, no savage crops.
Yes unfortunately the G90 sensor used here does result in a big crop for 4k. As for clothing, I just enjoy wearing my beanie. It was hot on the day I filmed in the woodland.
Atrocious Focus, poor video quality, and de-stabilisation. What's to like about it? On a day when Olympus announce closure due to competition from smartphone cameras, Panasonic offer a G100 costing the same as a good mobile that would give casual users better images, in addition to all the features of a smartphone. When you said in your strangely-coloured forest walk 'I'm pleased to see Panasonic developing new ideas', I nearly spat out my coffee. This G100 is disappointing, bordering on crap.
This may be the first non-Sony/DJI camera I’ve bought in the last 4 years.. I have several MFT lenses for our Inspire’s X5 that would work on this body. Super compact. My RX100 V is super pocketable but this could fill in between it and our full frame Sony’s. Thanks Gordon!
The dead cat option on the ZV1 negates any advantage of the G100 mics. But the biggest reasons not to consider the Panasonic are the lousy cropped 4K (with 4K crop it becomes almost identical to a 1 inch sensor), the ridiculous 10 minute recording limit for 4K, and the slow kit lens (getting a fast wide lens will double the cost and weight of the camera). Product mode, slow motion, longer recording times, built in ND, and that fast lens makes the ZV1 first choice. It is not even close. Panasonic fail with this disappointing offering.
I assigned the back button to the exposure compensation button on the top panel and the assigned exposure comp to the upload button while in record mode only. It's a workaround...but it works.
I had hoped that Panasonic would have finally introduced PDAF on the G100. It seems I won't be upgrading my old GX7 cameras any time soon. Does anyone know why Panasonic won't introduce phase detect AF on their cameras?
@@cameralabs It certainly is frustrating. I have a number of Lumix lenses but I won't invest in higher grade lenses or new camera bodies until the Lumix cameras have PDAF or use a technology that works just as well. By the way, great content as usual. I've been reading your reviews on your website for many years (long before you did RUclips reviews).
Thanks for the review. This G100 is dead before his launch. No usb c , no ibis, the mic Nokia is not good, and the AF is less than the zV 1 .... I am sorry because I like the menu of LUMIX and the 4/3 but for the same price ..... I will choose the ZV 1 and keep my LUMIX FZ 2000 ..... thanks
I would buy the Sony, The autofocus system is far better. Having an interchangeable lens is not an advantage if you intend to use the camera for vlogging. The Panasonic does have one major advantage: the ability to record vertical videos, but that could be solved with a firmware update, if Sony wanted. I would go for the Sony!
Another m50 killer that brings up "wait a second, it does that and doesn't do this". There are always things that force you to hold on to your miraculous m50. It amazes me that Panasonic can't get it together with autofocus. How can it take many years to still not have it right. It's not Technology that started last week. Just hire a smart guy who knows stuff. Simple. I think the solution to our dilemma is to buy 2 or 3 cameras to be able to handle everything and every scenario and need. But they all must have great autofocus.
The reason why many people have been so critical of this camera is that camera technology development have plateaued. Each new camera brings along ever smaller incremental changes, features or improvements that leave the fanboys bitterly disappointed and the haters woop with delight. The Fuji XT4 is another camera that has disappointed many of the ardent Fuji fans, to such an extent that Fuji is heavily discounting it, just 3 months after launch! That is unheard of and demonstrates why the camera industry is dying. There are no new features to get excited about and current digital cameras are perfectly capable of outstanding images. Indeed 20 MP is more than sufficient for 95+% of every photographer's needs and the reason why Canon, Nikon and Sony etc are still using 24MP sensors.
@@cameralabs I Bought the 9mm ultra wide angle m4 thirds lens to take care of the crop in 4k. That makes it a better camera than the zv1 and the zv e-10
Gordon, you're not being fair. This camera's output for vlogging isn't good unless on tripod. Also, why didn't you mention Olympus Em5 iii- way better choice! No wonder Olympus is in financial trouble!
TBH, I forgot about the EM5 III, but it is a much more expensive model, so I was only looking at ones fairly close to the price. If you can stretch to the EM5 III, it is really good as you know from my review of it.

Ah, I loved the little GM5 and as I mentioned, this is like it's spiritual successor!
Why not just get a gh7 since no ibis.
Great review as always. Thanks
And it is clear Panasonic will collapse on their DFD insistence
Just sad
Everyone one else doing PDAF
Maybe Sony will not sell them sensors with PDAF
Panasonic has many great features but they will fail with their poor tracking focus - 2020
And still Panasonic producing poor tracking focus
Folks will buy the Sony zv1
I think Panasonic will be out of camera business in few years - Unless they hire a new chief that says let’s do PDAF But the odds of that slim
Seems Olympus doing better although struggling
Panasonic ain't going nowhere, but you are, they have the Gh series that people love and the S series that has the S1H that has been approved by Netflix, and that's without phase defect, err... detect auto focus and their dependable Camcorders that will have Panasonic in the game as long as they want. So go get yourself an overheating Sony or a cheap Canon that most people return to the store after they have purchased it. Nikon? Please, Panasonic is the king when it comes to Video, so deal with it!
This is perfect for photography
Are you sure there's no 4k on HDMI output ? When I look on elgato's website, it says Camlink is compatible with it in 4k 😓
I wish lumix would come out with AF like sony has. If they had that on gh5, it would put the rest on the rubbish heap. Anyway I guess it's free to dream lol. Thanx for the vid Gordon, I'm a huge fan of this channel. Please keep the great content coming.
Why would anyone buy this when you can buy a G80 + Rode Video Mic for less than £500 with IBIS and a proper 12-60mm kit lens!?
I remember watch a video for first time from you in 2008 and look now, cameras are better than 2008 and smartphones are great also... cheers from Ireland
I hope you've seen a few of mine inbetween those dates!
@@cameralabs yes of course, your reviews help me a lot of times with Canon cameras 📷
I get the point about displaying products but in the main, would not a solution be to showcase the product and keep out of the filming ,essentially the vocal commentary will suffice , love this camera ,waiting for a special offer to buy.
Thanks for the review. In your review, you say the viewfinder is LED, but BandH say it's OLED? Which one is it?
I made this years ago so can't recall, sorry
@@cameralabs Sorry. It must be so hard to remember all these cameras!
I was considering the G100 but unfortunately the recording time limits is a dealbreaker for me.
Great review I just bough the Panasonic G100 and waiting for it on the mail, do you know by any chance how to overcome the recording limit in 4k?
3:01 that duck and enormous building. LOL what a great shot.
Does e-stabiliszation works for third-party lenses (with or without contacts)?
Nice fair impressions and comparisions. Gordon can you please tell me your personal light weight camera for vlogging? Out of m50, zv1, GV100, XA7?
If I needed 4k, I'd get the ZV1, otherwise the M50 for the flexibility of the EVF and other lenses like the 16mm f1.4.
$475 (Amazon special) with grip was a great deal. I have five Lumix lenses so it made sense.
I think you were a bit kind to this camera Gordon! All I can say is that I hope none of the RUclipsrs I watch decide to buy one.
Wait I thought that this camera features the same 5-axis IBIS as any mid-level PanaLumix Camera ?
What a bummer,Guess I'll get the GX9
They call it 5 axis, but it's optical + electronic, NOT sensor shift.
@@cameralabs hot damn,now that's what I call marketing,almost had me there for a sec,thanks for clarifying it Gordon :D
So, what's the weight, and is it weather resistant? Should be important to vloggers. Also if you use it as a travel cam.
It's not weather sealed, none are at this price sadly. The weights are on Panasonic's website
Suggestions ?
for decent autofocus of moving subjects I'd recommend any of the recent Sonys.
Might be it is good camera, but price is not right. Regarding auto focus, most just spoiled by phase detection, but having S1 I can say the it is not bad at all.
I'm getting the g85 with two lenses any day. Can't wait
Sir please tell me which one would you recommend.. I have to decide for making videos..a GH4 or the G100
GH4 if you are into more of a pro camera, G100 if you prefer an easy vlogging camera
@@cameralabs thank you so much.. I am buying a used GH4 but it does not come with a lens, which lens would you recommend with a low budget..
Dang.
The G9 is still a great camera...
Check out Kai Wong's video, he turns the camera 360. I still think Gordon did a good job covering the audio features in this video.
To be fair to the stabilisation system Gordons hands do look very shakey. You don't look well, especially in the forest clip, where your face turned green.
g100 works good with green screen?
Thorough review, as always. Thank you!
You're welcome!
Great review as usual ,unbiased and elaborative.
*dynamic range has left the chat*
Autofocus also
OIS - exit stage left
A bit late to watch, but I was surprised how well the AF worked in video (likely perfect in stills) certainly good enough if decent light, albeit don’t walk and talk…too wobbly, although perhaps offset if you like a giant face if in 4K.
Hi, does it come with 4k live crop feature?
Omg the footage is unwatchable as soon as you start to walk even at high EIS settings. Panasonic got a lot of work to do in order to catch up with Canon Fuji level of EIS.
Yep, it's not particularly smooth.
The image stabilisation is poor. And the crops! I don't think this is one of Panasonics best efforts.
To be fair, the sensor and crops are inherited from the G90, but at least that had IBIS.
It will be their last effort
I seem to be getting a green tinge in the woodland scene. Any comment?
The colour balance did seem off
Kai is dressed in shorts for his video Gordon is dressed for the artic.
Can buy a used E-M1 Mark II for same price
I have the G9, but this is very nice for a second camera. If I find a good deal with no lens included.
I still love my G9, especially with IBIS and no crop for 4k
I actually just bought one of these to use as the "small backup camera" for my G9. :)
Very well thought through review! Thanks!
Thanks!
The new ideas I was talking about are audio-based, although smartphones are doing that now too
@@cameralabs DP Review quotes: 'Unusable', 'unwatchable', 'not a vlogging camera'. 'tough to find an audience for the G100'.
are u on drugs? ruclips.net/video/35KV31_CT5I/видео.html
I think XT200 is another obvious rival, that 15-45 XC lens is a hidden gem with stellar OIS.
Yes, I like the XT200 as well
Very good and informative review, thank you.
Is the gh5 better with video cause it has a 400mbps or is this since the advances in tech with a newer cam even though it only has 100mb
Gh5 has many more video features
@@cameralabs not a answer didnt ask anything of features
panasonic are out of ttheir mind with this camera. Sony ZV1 crushed it with ease.
You're welcome!
Great review sir👍.
Thanks!
really nice review..thank you!
Panasonic fail with this disappointing offering.
no back button for AF - what if you use back button focus?
I assigned the back button to the exposure compensation button on the top panel and the assigned exposure comp to the upload button while in record mode only. It's a workaround...but it works.
I had hoped that Panasonic would have finally introduced PDAF on the G100. It seems I won't be upgrading my old GX7 cameras any time soon. Does anyone know why Panasonic won't introduce phase detect AF on their cameras?
I don't know. I think there's a mix of pride in DFD, maybe a technical inability, or maybe a licensing issue. Either way, it's frustrating.
The 4K crop and unreliable video auto-focus are just sad to look at.
Thanks for the review. Can't purchase a G100 after this.
Try it with the 9mm at 4K.
Thanks for the review. This G100 is dead before his launch. No usb c , no ibis, the mic Nokia is not good, and the AF is less than the zV 1 .... I am sorry because I like the menu of LUMIX and the 4/3 but for the same price ..... I will choose the ZV 1 and keep my LUMIX FZ 2000 ..... thanks
Hello! Can you do Lumix G100 Vs Lumix G95 please ☺️
Sorry, I don't have access to either model anymore, but you can check my reviews of both for everything I know!
All good points.
Nvm the camera, 3:36 ruccola pizza is the shit!
I added me own rocket - this was a plain margherita! But still delicious!
@@cameralabs Good idea, always bring your own salad!
Love your work Gordon! A cup of coffee on me!
My Sony A6300 might be older but beats the Lumix G100 easily imho.
Much better AF
agreed very sad day for M43. First this g100 and then the olympus news. Now wondering if the GH6's will be non thrilling upgrades now too
Another m50 killer that brings up "wait a second, it does that and doesn't do this".
Thanks for reviewing this POS.
This is True Sucessor to G7
Is there a time limit in slo mo like the sony rx100 iii ? Canon g7x vii is unlimited.
Good question and I don't know! I'll try to find out. I suspect there will be a time limit since 1080 at 60p is limited to 20mins.
ZV1 cropps in 4k also. You'll need a wide angle lens
Are you filming in 4k 30?
@@cameralabs I Bought the 9mm ultra wide angle m4 thirds lens to take care of the crop in 4k. That makes it a better camera than the zv1 and the zv e-10
I really hope that the frame marker setting will make it's way to the G9 from this little guy. For me this is the best feature of this camera 😁
Yes, I liked it...
Be honest that OZO system sound so bad.
Really? I thought it was quite good, at least the idea of being able to record behind as well as in front.
@@cameralabs Front and back useful but surround level too low and a bit muffled.
Time changes things the G90 is A$1000 more expensive than the G100 in late 2022.
Why don't you talk about built in flash? panasonic should buy olympus camera sector to get better AF and the best image stabilization in the world.
That would be good!
