They made it so much better than the old one for a very similar price
I can’t believe they were able to pull that off
@@RaitisRides agreed
I agree
thank for showing the LE model 🤝👏👏🙏💪
Of course Jason! I always like to bring all of the different trims.
Was waiting on this one. Thanks for covering the BASE trim.
You are so very welcome!
Only Joe can go from the thrilling 911 turbo S to this base Camry and feel the exact same. 👌🏻
love the 16 inch wheels. my 2002 Lexus ES300 has same 16 in rims with 215/60 rubber. thick sidewalls so no risk of blowouts/rim damage and best of all you get a luxurious ride. if I was in the market for a sedan, this is the one I would get.
My 17 Camry LE has 16 in wheels and I love it. Nice smooth ride 😎
ON the specs they say 205/65R16 for the 2025
Finally an infotaiment system that doesn't look like you bought it from radioshack
I am so glad that you are liking this one.
Are you talking about the SE Nightshade with the base interior 😂
Hey I miss Radio Shack LOL
Really glad to see a base trim review! Very realistic
Just bought a '25 Camry Hybrid AWD LE w/ convenience package to pair with my '22 Supra. It is an AMAZING car. I really suggest people look into the LE over the higher trims. You get better mpg because of the smaller wheels and a LOT of value. The base sound system is more than adequate. The cloth seats are quite comfortable for what they are as well. Just an amazing package at 32k. Real world getting 50 mpg or so with a lot of city and uphill driving (bay/coastal california). Oh and the interior space is exceptional. My fiance are both 6'0", and we can sit behind our own driving position without knees touching. Buy this car.
How many miles per tank of gas does it get?
@@realilty Haven't gone through a full tank yet. We've put on about 200 miles and still somewhere around the 60-70% range (over half a tank)
@@brianbohnet1907 Ok. I'm looking for a hybrid that does 600 miles on a tank so just been asking people..
@@realilty she’s averaging 49.2 right now in hilly California commutes. 14.x gallon tank. That should get you there. Get the FWD not AWD to really maximize mpg
@@brianbohnet1907 Ok good to know. Thanks a lot.
MSRP might be sub $30k, but by the time the Dealership gets done with you it it be far north of $30k.
Irregardless. It’s a great deal, a car you can trust, that drives like a car that is far more premium than a Toyota. 232+ horsepower (the true power is definitely north of 250, Toyota severely under quotes the horsepower of hybrid models). 5.8 seconds to 60 mph and that amazing 52 mpg real world. Unbelievable car
@@aidan1585 The 2024 Honda Sccprd Hybrid with 202 hp has a higher top speed than this Camry.
@@myytchannel6632Why do you need a high speeds?? It's a Camry, relax. There are sports cars for high speeds!
Over 30K yo are so right can’t get it now 32,100 plus a the delivery and taxes so you’re gonna be riding that boy for about 36k oh doggy.

Thank you for getting a hold of multiple trims. It sometimes gets annoying when the manufacturer only gives you the top of the line models.
2025
ATAT WALKER and this is the all new strike witches 2 e
Toyota was smart to go all hybrid with this model. The only thing is that they might hurt their 2025 Toyota Prius sales, because this car has more power, similar MPG; and has room than that model. Also the pricing is similar or better than the Prius.
It will be interesting to see how it goes.
They weren't smart at all. Probably one of the dumbest decisions they could've made. They will lose a ton of buyers because of it.
@@phizix215I agree, I think they should have kept at least 2 non hybrid trim levels. But thankfully a lot of dealers still have previous gen Camrys in stock that nobody bought in case customers (like myself) still want a normal Camry.
Me too. I won’t buy a Hybrid Camry. I have a Hybrid Highlander now and I want to get away from the heavy batteries and motors.
@@smarley678how the heck is 3450 pounds heavy? It’s not like the new M5
Great move by Toyota to offer 2025 Camry in hybrid form only. Toyota is killing it by offering hybrids in every segment. They are way above everyone else with their robust hybrid supply chain.
This color blue is really stunning one of the best shades of blue I've seen
Thank you for reviewing the LE trim. Quite impressive for being the “base” model.
Wonderful commuter. Efficient grocery getter. Decent styling. Affordable. They should sell a ton of these. ☮️💙
Agreed!
Finally a review in a base trim. Much appreciated 👏
I would go for the LE, I am past all the show and glitz and want value and ride comfort and mpg.
Seems like a good value. Actually kind of refreshing to see a sedan with an actual sidewall on the tires and not low pros
It all adds up to a really good value. Reminds me of the Toyata we use to know.
I had an SE or XSE follow me the other day. It was a darker color paint and the body-colored grille still looked black. I prefer the black unpainted grille for both looks and less chipping.
Thanks, Joe, for giving us a great review on the base trim.
Got my LE on order should be in any day now. Thanks for the review.
Passenger air vents in the back on an LE is amazing
Not just that, you get chargers too. You only get chargers on top end trims only.
Love the color Ocean Green.. wheels do look funky, love the hybrid and AWD!!!
I am digging the base trim LE of the 2025 Camry.:)💯🙌🏻💯🙌🏻
Since most new cars are only available in. White, silver, primer gray or black, having this color option is a nice choice.
Im about to get a very base LE, and im very happy to see someone not just review an XSE. Yeah, theyre the same car, but theyre not exactly the same all around. Seeing what im actually getting is nice
Great review!!! You said the magic words...NATURALLY aspirated engine. Some reviewers don't mention that. Turbo is a deal killer....I want nothing to do with that stuff. The entire review is excellent!!
Thanks for letting me share it with you!
I would get this LE with the convenience package for sure! I want to test drive it soon.
I had a Eagle Vision TSi in that exact shade of Metallic Teal. I always loved that color.
As to this Camry, it is one of the best bang for buck cars in the marketplace for a family of 4 hauler.
Man I loved the Eagle Talon!
@@RaitisRides I also had a Talon TSi. The vision was my wife's ride. You're 100% right. The AWD Eagle Talon/Mitsu Eclipse were TERRIFIC cars. Back then, l bought the Talon because l felt it was absolutely the best value on the market.
Only neg were the seats. The leather, though real, wasn't very pliable. Therefore on long trips (5+ hours), l'd get kinda sore. But it was quick, handled great, was affordable and decent on gas. My Talon was red on dove grey.
My current ride is a 2017 Camry LE. I didn't care much for the changes for '18, but this refresh for '25 looks good. Will have to check it out in person! RogerC 5/11/24
I agree Roger! It is a must see!
Joe and Lori and Steve keep up the good work real true and I love the video 👍
I am buying mine today after doing a test drive. What a nice car.! Quite when driving . The car handles very well but may be a little floaty for some but I really wanted the smooth drive of the LE suspension and 16 inch wheels. This is a better than the Honda Accord (hybrid) Sport having driving both.
Quite what? Quiet?
I test drove the LE. I like everything about it but that plastic steering wheel. I got the SE in underground with convenience & AW + mats door guards led trunk light They discounted it from $33.542 to $31.087 no add-ons no market adj.
There are a few good dealers around.
Where was this?
@@TT-rk8mi Hemet Toyota.
My 17 Prius eco gets 58-61 mpg I don’t know if I want to take a hit on mpg. But this is a very nice Camry and added power n looks handling etc.. over my slow boring Prius.
Awesome base level Camry and lots of bang for the buck. Joe - One thing I noticed during the video is when cornering it seemed the steering wheel turn was excessive, what did you feel on the steering?
It actually wasn’t as bad. The camera is on a side angle setup.
I noticed this in the video also. The SE drive he drove, the wheel seemed to need way less of a turn. Not sure if it is just the SE vs LE difference, or if the smaller wheels on the LE are also a factor.
Those wheels are so perfect for ride share tho. Cheap to replace more fuel efficient.. bigger sidewall. I'm gonna get this one.. If I can find one without ridiculous markups. I'm not getting the base model only to pay se prices
Ocean Gem is beautiful and yes the Camry LE as the entry level model gives you great value and solid reliability. Thank you Steven for the camera work and Joe for the great review!
Can’t go wrong with a Camry 👍. Great value with great MPG’s !!!
Solid base trim. Just waiting for the XLE now!
You know I have it coming!
When my 2015 bites the dust this will be top of list. The mileage is insane my non-hybrid 2015 gets half at 25MPG!
I love selling this brand! Keeps improving!
I remember paying a bit over $17,000 for a Camry LE back in 1993.
2025 version has a lot going for it.
I love how you did the base trim.
This is a nice replacement for my Black Walnut 2004 Camry LE.
I like that Toyota understands buyers ae looking for value before spending their hard-earned money.
This is an excellent point!
@@RaitisRides This is why I believe the 2025 Camry is going to be a HUGE success. Heck, I'm even considering buying one.
have mine in the same color ordered will get it end of august .. but fwd !!!!
If only every manufacturer did what the Camry LE Hybrid was doing.... Yeah it basically blows everything else out of the water for the price.
I drove a true base LE that I rented. Was the same minus the leather steering wheel and sunroof. I really liked the car. Nice and quiet on the highway, great mpg got 50+ the whole time. It handled really well from what I could tell. A nice touch was the wireless Apple CarPlay. Was sad to go back to my Corolla.
Thank you for looking at the base model!
Smaller wheels are better for MPGs and road noise so I have 0 issues with the wheels. The paint color is beautiful!
Front view Celica. Side view Altima. MPG is crazy good.
❤ Thank you, Joe and Stephen!❤️
6 he man & masters of the universe action figures , you can get Heman, you can get Skeletor reference was genius!!!!
Thanks for letting me share it all with you!
@@RaitisRides If you don't mind me asking , I have a good deal on table for SE+AWD 2K off MSRP [46/46 MPG City & Hwy] vs the other option Camry LE 53/50 (not very discounted yet) with most dealers. Would you pick SE+AWD for 2k more cost & 7 less city MPG (for crazy LA traffic) OR dig the base LE for 7 more MPG?
I appreciate it when reviewers show off the volume sellers of cars, and not just the higher trims.
I think this hurts Honda with the Accord for sure. Honda basically admitted hybrid is a premium with the Accord. Not to mention some of the premiums of the Touring for that car are subscription-based, which is greedy bullshit, if you ask me.
Bravo, Toyota.
I’m glad you liked this one and you hit the hit the nail on the head!
Seems like a very good price! I don't even need the sunroof!
I agree with you!
The sunroof is a $800 option, so if you don’t need it don’t get it and save some $
@@Dragon_Gaming2020 My skyview leaked in my current car, so I don't want any glass or sunroof in my next!

Ocean Gem on the XSE with the Black Roof and Upgraded Rims looks Sick.
How does the ride quality of the LE compare to the SE you drove? Thanks.
Beautiful color! I'm so sick of grey, black, and white cars. It's a great car for a great price. I do, though, hate the cloth on the dashboard. It brings back memories of a Chevy Malibu I rented about 6 years ago. It also had cloth on the dashboard and it just looked weird.
I'd buy this Camry in a heartbeat. So much better than an electric junk car.
Thanks fo the video great presentation love camry's
Got mine coming in next month! I added heated seats for $700. The LE is the best Value 100%. That MPG is ridiculous.
Nice review and love the Ocean Gem....I will go with either the White or Ocean Gem, whichever is available first. The first shipment here in Houston, they pretty sold out. Good driving in the 94 by the way (at least it looked like the 94 to me....I used to live in San Diego).
This new generation is really good value, I'm driving the last gen on the lease and it's almost finish. Possible turn it and start again with this new one on a SE trim, just for a daily commute.
camry or sonata hybrid new facelift which one you pick in terms of comfort and handling?
I had 2020 Sonata SEL Plus it was great. Now. I am looking at Camry LE or SE FWD
16:50 US129 tail of the dragon, 318 curves in 11 miles. In my younger days, rode it a couple times on suzuki bandit. In my older days, i think i'd like the camry on the tail of the dragon in florida. 11 curves in 318 miles. :)
That is so fantastic!
I don't understand how not having led lights keeps the cost down. One, led lights are not expensive. Two, when you need to make two different types of light housings for varying trim levels, that inherently makes higher costs overall. Literally everything at this point, no matter how "base" the model is, should have all led lighting inside and out.
Turn outage detection requirements are expensive to implement without bulbs. With the high-quality electronics Toyota requires, bulbs are still much cheaper, including tooling costs.
32k great, Try to go buy one it's going to be a 5k up charge. This is actually worth the money. Seems pretty quick, quiet and comfortable. Wait one year and somebody will be selling their Camry Wheels because they put aftermarkets on them and buy some new Wheels.
Just bought a 2025 LE, out the door, for less than 32k.
Nope, no markup nor add ons here, regardless of trim. Market is not what is used to be a couple years back. Cash is king now.
I went and test drove an SE today. It was so nice
@@Mark-sc9iu good to hear
@@jml9550 they have a hit on their hands they don't know yet.
The particular LE he’s driving is loaded, which will push the price up to around $33K. Add in taxes and fees and you’re likely north of $35k. Bare bones (FWD, no extra goodies like moonroof and powered driver’s seat) will price out right around $30k before taxes and fees.
That color POPS!
I am glad that you are liking it David!
@@RaitisRides Your comment about the color and the wheels was spot on, Joe. The car can look like it belongs to a fuddy duddy. lol

Toyota hit this car out of the park. I love the LE Camry!!
I love when you do base model cars
That color takes me back to the early 2000s Camrys but with a modern twist
Wonder if Toyota will make a “sporty performance” trim for this generation since last generation had the TRD trim. We’ve yet to see if they’ll do something like that for this generation
Ima drive my 22 camry trd until.the wheels fall
If they do, they would probably apply the hybrid max from the Crown Platinum trim
WALMART SELLS 0W8 OIL . 5 Quarts of Mobile 1 for $30. I can now consider this car.
toyota really did hit a homerun with this year's camry, however looking at ones at dealerships within the last week.. the models i've seen are option'd and 'upcharged' over 40k
I wish they would make an ocean gem with black interior because I don’t really like the boulder interior since feel like it’ll get dirty too quickly, which is why I’m leaning towards the underground since it comes with black interior.
Rear AC vents in the base trim is rare, great!
I noticed the same thing. The new Accord sport, doesn’t even have rear seat air vents.
I was shocked they were there!
@@stevenwells5069it really is mind blowing
No arguing against the value, but I'm not sure why Toyota refused to take a chance on the design considering they had an opportunity to do something fresh for a totally new model. Instead, it just looks like a "hammerhead grille" reskin of the previous gen. If they carried over the modern look of the Prius and Crown to this, they'd have a real standout.
Exactly what you want for daily driving. Simple, lots of room and great milage! 😍😍
The mileage is insane!
at this point it might be the only midsize sedan under 30k
Putting cloth all other the dash and doors is nuts
You skipped rather quickly , when you said there is a spare. is it a spare tire or that Bicycle tire??????
Nice color
Joe is ok with the CVT???? Strange
This looks like ONLY Camry LE ever built with Moonroof! It is available package choice, but not single one in USA. I want Moonroof in addition to Convenience and Comfort Packages. Any suggestions?
That is crazy!
This is in first place for what car I'd get when my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer eventually kicks the bucket.
Yeah, just wait until they are one year old, go get a used one for 3-4k less, interest rates should be lower in another 12-18 months.
why not buy a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage? Mirage also gets 50 mpg in real world fuel economy, 10 year warranty, and 2 years of maintenance included!!!

Love the color ! So much comes with the base. I’m guessing it doesn’t have remote start though ?
It looks a lot better than the previous ones.
I totally agree with you!
would you say the center console armrest is similar to the toyota crown? when i test drove the crown the right hand would rest so perfectly on the center console armrest.
Yes it is!
The power driver's seat is not standard, it is part of a Convenience pkg. @$1050. If you want heated seats and steering wheel, it actually costs you $1660 as you can't get them alone, you have to add the Convenience pkg. Makes the AWD option a comparative bargain at $1550. People must have become use to the post C-19 price hikes, this vehicle should not be a dime over $27K in it's LE trim. Highlanders, Tundras and Tacomas are lackluster in sales currently, The let them eat cake philosophy isn't entirely working.
Amazing review Joe.

I'm searching all the dealers in my area now for an LE, they all keep adding too many "options" which are not optional at all. I guess I'll just have to keep checking all of their inventories every day, and when one appears with the features I want, rush down there and put a deposit on it, assuming of course, I can negotiate a reasonable "out the door" cost first.
