  • Kegels are often prescribed but rarely taught and as a result most women are doing them incorrectly. Studies suggest over 50% of women are doing kegels incorrectly.

    Where were those pants purchased from! How many should be done? How long should they be done for? I've watched several video's available and none are giving advice at how many til the muscle 's develop . Thanks , you're video's are sensible practicle and offering facts. Appreciating these .
