Thank You for taking the time to create and share this wonderfully informational and helpful video with us all ❤️. The last appliance seems unnecessarily large (for the purpose of strengthening pelvic floor muscles), tbh. C'mon now, who designed that one?
Many thanks for this very informative video. What are your views on Tens machines on pelvic floor exercises? Any good for post labour or waste of money?? Thanks 🙏
Thank you great video. I’ve had the Mona Lisa and thermiva with no positive results. After the birth of three children leak a lot when physically active and especially after full hysterectomy. I’ve been to a pelvic floor therapist so starting to use the Intensity device. I’ve been leaking for years and so tired of it. I can come home from a walk soaking wet. Any suggestions going forward? Psychologically tiring too!
the mona lisa and thermiva address tissue...not muscle. Working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist is always my first recommendation. Once you have connected to your pelvic floor and are doing kegels correctly, you need to do them consistently and coordinated with movement. Check out my Buff Muff Challenge www.vaginacoach.com/buffmuff as a next step.
Please help. I need something EASY! Not confusing. Can’t seem to empty my bladder completely.Constantly have to urinate or feel like I have to. Doctors just want to put me on bad medications like steroid creams or antidepressants. Had bladder stretching done and that turned out to be a nightmare!!! The 2% estradiol cream gave horrible migraines plus made my hair fall out! Where can you buy V-sculpt? HELP PLEASE!!!!
I recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I also recommend my online program Kegel Mojo which is a pelvic floor fitness and wellness program that will help you with this and a whole lot more!
Same, i always have to urinate and sometimes it doesn't feel empty. I also urinate during jump roping. If i cough, laugh and or sneeze hard i will literally pee on myself.
exactly! everyone must read the (audible) book The Invisible Rainbow , sets out all the statistics on when the introduction of EMF came in and what diseases (especially Heart Disease) emerged. Could be scary when you think of Cell Towers that have popped up everywhere especially on top of building where communities congregate. This is unnecessary and must cease
I used a Kegel8 trainer device for years (not consistently though) and it didn't help at all because I didn't realise that you need to do the manual exercises as well!!! I know now that the manual exercises are vital. I do want to try the Kegel8 biofeedback device.
Hi Kim, I am 46 years old and this summer after an effort in the garden, sitting for several hours, I discovered that I had a genital prolapse. The doctor told me that I have a grade 2 prolapse. I sit and look at the two products that you also recommend, Elvie trainer and Perifit and I can't figure out which is more appropriate for genital prolapse. I understood the difference between the two, but I don't know anatomically, which is more appropriate for my condition. I mention that I have two natural births (the last one 15 years ago) and I also suffered from episiotemias in each one. I am 61 kg at 1.60m. Based on your experience, can you give me some advice? Thank you.
I recommend you see a pelvic floor physiotherapist if you can. They can help you determine if one of the devices will be well suited for you and if so, which one. If you don't have access to a physio, the Elvie is the one I recommend as a start and then you can go to the Perifit if desired. I would also look into hypopressives (I do online coaching in the technique and also have it included in my Kegel Mojo program). It is a powerful technique for prolapse. It is more effective for bladder and uterine prolapse. Rectoceles are a bit harder to address. Genital prolapse is a general term. It is important to know what organ(s) is/are prolapsing.
@@vaginacoach Thank you for your answer. It is about Uterine prolapse. I still want to know if it is possible to clarify an idea. What are the pros and cons between Elvie and Perifit, apart from the fact that Elvie determines the direction of muscle movement - aspiration or pushing. Why is Perifit better for advanced users? Many thanks.
@@tricotajeelenka3862 the Elvie can distiguish between a proper contract/lift and a bearing down so it is the one I recommend for people who have not or can not be assessed by a pelvic health physio. People like the gamification on the Perifit better.
@@vaginacoach Thank you for your really great support. I'll take some more time to explore the subject. Based on your suggestions, I'll study more and hope to understand better the issue regarding to what I should do.
Hi Kim I've been struggling with my bladder been to the Dr & pills don't work they make pee even more can't get sleep I can't continue on like this. I don't go any wear if there is no bathroom near. I drink little or no fluid when I do go out.. To have to use the bathroom 30min/ 1hour is annoying. liners make me sweat in the summer. I heard about this devise called Intensity does it work love.
Hi Dori - I'm sorry you are struggling. Before you invest in a device, invest in a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I also recommend watching my How To Fix Your Overactive Bladder for tips on what to do....hint...restricting water is making it worse. I offer consultations as well if you would like to learn about more options www.vaginacoach.com/coaching
Hello, I have back prolapse, which in your opinion is best to use in this case? Unfortunately were I live there are no pelvic floor specialists. I have a jade egg and an elvie, but haven't been using them as I'm not sure if it's a good idea in my case.
@@vaginacoach Thanks for the fast response. I've been eyeing the perifit as well as it looks more fun and something easier to stick with, but from your video and comment it looks like I have what I need.
Thank you for the informative video. Vsculpt is not available in the U.S. for some reason, the website suggests Vfit and mentions a Vsculpt clinical trial. Would the Vfit be as beneficial?
How does light therapy help in this regard? I know your time is valuable, so if you have a source to point me towards instead of a detailed answer here, that's fine as well.
I just purchased the v fit plus and I’m so confused, what’s the difference between that and vsculpt?? I see they are both sold by Joylux, is it just a new name?
Hi, thanks for your explanations. Which biofeedback device would you recommend for relaxation as well as strengthening? I’ve had bladder problems since childhood.and had to do CIC due to bladder neck dyssynergia but after years of pelvic PT and increasing age I don’t need catheters anymore.. Fast forward - Now at 75 I have occasional urge incontinence as well as some occasional fecal incontinence and am in pelvic PT again. A friend recommended Elvie. Comment please?
You can google pelvic floor physiotherapy or physical therapy and your city. You can also check out the physiotherapy associations for your province/state or country. Example The APTA or the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. You can also check out pelvichealthsolutions.ca or pelvicguru.com
Like any device, it depends on the user. If you are doing kegels correctly and the device motivates you then great! I always recommend investing in a pelvic floor physical therapist first.
I have grade 1-2 bladder, womb and rectal prolapse. I am going to see a physio but I feel like my muscles are quite strong strangely. When I do kegel exercises I feel like the back muscles are super strong but can barely feel the front. Also nearly impossible to do them without tensing stomach or not breathing! I also have another health thing going on that means I have dry mouth, consequently I have to chew gum all day. Do you think you can reverse grade 1-2 with kegel exercises? Even with having to chew gum which of course adds gas pressure.
KEGELS play a role. I recommend adding hypopressives which helped me reverse my uterine prolapse. I also recommend strength training with kegels added. You can learn all of this in my app buffmuffapp.com
I have one but have not used it myself yet ...so can't comment about its use. That being said, I would still recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist first and they can help you determine if a device would be helpful. What challenge are you looking to overcome?
Great stuff! And yes, I tried what I read the other day and it was mind blowing to see her writhing with pleasure and ready for anything. It started when I learned to last at least 30 minutes go’ogling the latest in Greyzar Drinbo's PE Solution and now she keeps dragging me back lol

Question I just got the v fit from Joylux. Is it ok to use the perifit on the alternate days of the vfit?
Yep!
Is the vfit only for women in menopause or can it be used by any woman of any age not in menopause?
Any age. I started using it well before Menopause.
