    OMG, I did this last night after a terrible week. I have been doing my pelvic exercised as per my PT program but just felt so overwhelmed with discomfort. This session really helped me sleep well and feel so refreshed in the morning. I Think I will try this each evening for the next while. I have to get this under control. I just have not felt like doing anything all week. Thank you!

      So happy to hear this! Keep me posted! I also recommend hypopressives for prolapse.

      I have done this routine and am finding some relief. I tried running but ended up feeling I am working on hypopressives now. I have signed up for the 28 day challenge and looking forward to this. Thank you for what you do. You have helped me think about my mindset so that I can be better in control of this situation. 😊

    I am 77, and had a bladder tack about 34 years ago,and now it feels like it’s come apart. I definitely have prolapse. I teach Pilates and in accessing myself, I think for a lot of years I was pushing instead of “lifting “ on the exhale. Hoping this will help me reverse my prolapse…
    I feel like I was not relaxing enough….i do a lot of bridges, and hold the soft ball between knees.
    All your tips seem to work !thank you.❤

    Saw your add on Instagram. Glad I found this. I will try this. I refuse to get any surgery. I just have issues with incontinence. I feel like I never empty my bladder completely.

      thank you for your message - so glad you found this helpful. Sounds like you are doing really well! Prolapse is very common and you are definitely not alone. The biggest game changer for prolapse is hypopressives. I reversed my stage 2 uterine prolapse with the technique and have helped hundreds do the same. With your black sweater and black outfit it’s difficult to see what you’re doing particularly the pelvic tilts. A contrasting light color pants might be really helpful

    So glad I found your channel, you explain things so well. I am seriously struggling with constipation and have thrown everything I know to do at it, even a trip to the ER to get cleaned out. But here I am 2 weeks later having to drink Senna tea every night just to poo! I apparently have a mild bladder prolapse as well as rectocele, it doesn't feel mild to me!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ It all seems hopeless to me. 😢

    Can this put the bladder back in place.

    • @vaginacoach
      @vaginacoach  Месяц назад +1

      it can ease symptoms and together with strengthening exercises and hypopressives there is a possibility that early stage prolapse can be reversed and more advanced can be improved
