Just stumbled across you and your channel. Thank you for your content :). What is the best way to diagnose my symptoms of peeing all the time, urgency, discomfort, leaking etc. Do I have to go to a urologist or can I self diagnose? How would one diagnose prolapse? Before I start your exercise’s or program should I figure out what’s going on first ? TY❤

@kim vopni..... can this be done even if I have a prolapsed bladder? I’ve been stuck at every two hours for a month now but I’m not able to do kegels bc of a hypertonic pelvic floor

yes you can absolutely do this if you have a bladder prolapse. I highly recommend hypopressives for your prolapse and also for your hypertonic pelvic floor. I also believe that people with a hypertonic pelvic floor can still benefit from kegels...sometimes even with a max contraction (it can illicit a relaxation response). Highly recommend my hypopressive program www.vaginacoach.com/kegel-mojo-hypopressive

I have hypertonic pelvic floor and overactive bladder, isn't kegel exercise good for one and bad for another?
