Love the other stretching routines you have, shame I couldn't quite get the benefits from this one. My arms and biceps are longer than average so I struggle to fully extend them when grabbing under my legs etc, and it can hurt a little as I can easily hyper extend when I manage to. Any other variations on this you could add?
Bro ineed your help i am handicapped and i am leaving in India i wanna bulid my legs stronger but i can stand any exercises to bulid them stronger please say bro
unfortunately if you don't have any motor function in your legs so you can't use those muscles then you won't be able to strengthen them. There's a ton of exercises though for handicapped people to stay in shape so stay motivated!

if you're saying you already have solid built biceps and triceps but it's not looking how you want them too then more than likely you should lose total body fat to bring out more definition!

Hey mike a few days ago i was doing the 5 minute bicep workout and the forearm workout before or after i dont know if mentioning that will help solve the problem but after that my biceps were sore which is normal and also the small area between the biceps and the forearms were very sore so when i try to straighten my arms they hurt alot and i dont know when this soreness is gonna go but its been there for like 2 days i think? Its making me worried but is it because i havent trained my arms in a long time? If i do this daily will it help to get the soreness out of my biceps and the area i talked about quickly? Please reply.
That's just delayed onset muscle soreness Omar and lasts longer when you workout in a new way or a way you haven't in a while especially with workouts that intense. Very normal and the soreness will go away. I don't recommend to train the same muscle groups daily and definitely rest those muscle groups til the severe soreness goes away but you can definitely train them multiple times throughout the week as long as you allow at least 24 hours of recovery time in between
