    The wide-legged forward fold with focus on the outter edges of the feet was the BEST feeling EVER! This is going to help me so much as a runner. I bought your book about a year ago and did not know you had a RUclips channel. Thank you so much Dean for all this.

    Do you normally eat before a yoga session? Like thirty minutes to an hour before? Or do you like doing it on an empty stomach? Just curious.

      This is a fairly gentle flow so you should be ok. Be sure to keep your limitations in mind. If something hurts, stop!

    Do you do resistance training also?
