    Thank you Dean, I've been using lots of your free content now for about 2 years. I don't have spare cash as I'm not working and have some chronic health issues, but with my doctor's blessing much of the beginner content, done several times per week, has helped with my mobility and pain relief. I'm proud of myself for keeping up with the exercises. Apologies for just using the freebies. I do recommend your site to all my friends and acquaintances so hopefully you'll get a paying student from that. Many thanks for literally changing my life for the better.

    Great job with basic and traditional way , working traditionally is always a great way to hold our tradition, we also want to hold our tradition with Mudgar practice , so be a part of it

    Shew. One of my favorites. Very challenging 15 minutes for me, and feels great after a few months of inconsistent but consistent following routines on this channel. The difference they make are whatever you make of doing yoga. I enjoy it

      @@ManFlowYoga Still grinding this yoga everyday dude ! I also find very useful neck routine and back. Trying to fit all 3 in one day. Results are insane. Never did yoga before that video, and I'm surprised such a useful stuff is free 😅I watch full adds before video so you earn of it. Thank you Mr.Dean, you are beast😎

    Great job Dean! I was able to do all the poses but couldn't hold them as long as you did. I was a little tired when I began. I did yard work and took a three-mile hike before, not that I'm making excuses...Thanks dean.

    I’m going to try and see how I do, I have been suffering with Anxiety/panic disorder which led to Cardiophobia and severe panic attacks
    I’m at a point in my recovery where I need to start exercising but I go into a state of panic every time my heart rate goes up
    I keep prolonging starting
    If you can recommend a video or two that you think might be a good way to start

    Hi I’m a man getting on in year but find the yoga you do easy for me to follow ,with you know for about 2year when I think how I struggle to even keep my arm up before I met you looking forward to my 70th birthday fitter than I have ever been thanks for everything Dean

    Didn’t know it was for men till after I started. 😅 Still enjoyed it. Men should do this more than heavy lifting IMO. ✌️

    Balancing poses such as these make it obvious that our bodies are not symmetrical. One side is always better than the other, which is perfectly normal. Typically, our stronger side is also our dominant hand.
