So I’ve attempted to keep in practice with these lessons but I was wondering should I use a matt? I’ve been using a beach towel it’s not working as I thought. I love these lessons as I try to get back into shape.

After THIS exercise the tension and tightness in my back which was constant was GONE I keep at this 3X a week just like Dean recommends and it's made me aware to keep my posture in check as well. a MILLION ZILLION thank yous Dean!!! Sitting at a desk stressing all day got me in such a slouch but you've definitely improved my posture, neck back and overall well being. NAMASTE sir

Great work out! I’d love to say my body looks forward to these workouts but it doesn’t. I’ve got an active life, I’m not overweight, I’m very healthy, but I find these workouts so challenging… and afterwards I feel so much better - I actually feel them making a difference. For ten years I’ve lived in a rural village in the Czech Republic and I don’t drive!!!! These workouts have been an invaluable step towards me regaining my health. Thanks 😊
