    This was great. I struggle with lower back pain, and I think tight hips, glutes and thighs are partly to blame (and a lot of sitting). Did these stretches after a brisk walk, and will put them on a to-repeat list.

    When he says no equipment, he really means have yoga blocks

      You can always use a stack of books, or even a chair. Equipment isn't necessary, but helpful sometimes.

      Proof is in how you feel overall and with your activities. As a former Army Operator out of USASOC that has multiple deployments, worn plate Carriers for years, have over 100 plus jumps from various military aircraft etc., Dean is very effective and spot on.
