Great workout. I think it was the hardest one I've done with yet. Can't quite get the crow pose, but it was fun trying. Definitely sweating by the end. Thank you. You are inspiring to keep going.
I am in my 60s and even with a background in yoga they are a little challenging but not too bad. But the last pose was the most challenging and I need to practice it more. Most yoga videos don't challenge me too much but this one more then others. If you never done yoga before you want to pace yourself . It seems that you have to practice regularly to get the full benefits. The hardest part is to do this daily but I can see it should really help. I do these for an hour a day with amazing results. They really boost your testostorone levels if you practice regularly.
@@ManFlowYoga I do these for an hour a day with your video and it works better than anything else that is natural like Ginseng Mac and or any prescription drug. You need to work up strength to do for an hour but very effective.
Awesome! Gonna try this. Being a living kidney donor has really impacted my T levels and I don’t want to go through TRT as the side affects look to be pretty severe when you couple them with having low blood flow due to having donated a kidney.
Dean I actually broke a sweat during this exercise. But I have tc say the last one I had trouble with and I can’t remember the other one. The bird dog wasn’t too bad. I’m actually trying this yoga exercises twice . Even though there some were I had trouble with. I wanted to get better at them. But that last one wow
This is a great yoga practice. Wonderful and uplifting at multiple perspectives. I am happy that man flow yoga exists. It is better than weight lifting or bodybuilding. The musculature of the body is more natural looking through yoga unlike the artificial muscle bound image from using steel weights.
@@ManFlowYoga whoa! Yes Dean! I’m sorry, while I was commenting I believe my text had shifted to the “next” video. I was, indeed, referring to one of the videos you mentioned.
They enjoy being on camera, couldn't you tell lol? They alternative is to stay on your toes, and not to go into full crow. Slowly working on strengthening your wrists is the best way to do crow eventually, without further inuring yourself.

Thanks for the videos. This one was a good quick start to a long day. Oh and thank you for mentioning getting your balls out the way. Most female instructors fail to mention that
I currently do a daily HIIT core workout that uses many of these exercises. I will start alternating your slower paced workout with the one I'm already doing. Do you have any suggestions for doing the cobra without getting cramps along the soles of the feet?
@ManFlowYoga If we only have 20 minutes, would you say that this might be the single most functional strength workout, given the testosterone bonus? To complete an efficient program, some kind of HIIT on the off days?
Practice, and taking it slow. If something hurts, stop. We have a great tutorial for crow pose and how to work on improving it. Just search in our channel :)
Great workout except for the last pose. I watched a woman plant her face into a bloody nose and have to leave the studio early from trying that one, so I'm afraid I don't have the stability for that yet.
Hello brother, I have secondary hypogonadism, but my internal and external genitals are healthy and my pituitary gland is also fine, but for some reason testosterone keeps falling, I saw an andrologist, I only got zinc prescribed but to no avail will this exercise help me produce my testosterone naturally?

There's no way I can lift both legs in the cobra pose, only one at the time at most. Any advice on how to get to the point where I can lift both legs at the same time? I'm also having difficulty in engaging my abs during this pose. Perhaps the two are related? Thank you so much for these amazing exercise routines!
Consistency is key. Lifting your legs will get easier with time, so keep doing this routine. As for your abs, practice engaging them before you get into the pose and focus on getting that same feeling while in cobra.
We recommending doing yoga at least 3x a week. It can most definitely be done daily! And if you start your day with yoga, you're setting the tone for a successful day.
