Hi Dean, Another superb set of compact, do-able exercises (suitable for real people with jobs). The tips are great too, especially holding poses for 60 seconds as one gets older -- boy is that true! One notices the difference in effectivness immediately. The "happy baby pose" is priceless. On new exercises, I just get as close to pose as I can. Eventually, with gravity, practice and longer holds, the body just falls into place after a few days. After injury, with weakness or degeneration, various rather insidious "protective postures" and "protective automatic muscle tensions" develop (without you're noticing it and without your control or consent). Add to that shortened muscles -- from sitting, the great evil of our time. Sitting also means not getting enough natural movement (swimming, walking, dancing -- nobody dances anymore). My neighbor is almost 80. She flies around the house and garden like a teenager. Now, I know why. Because she's always MOVING -- mopping, sweeping, planting, baking, washing, gardening, washing windows, organizing, helping someone, cooking, hanging laundry -- the woman never stops moving. But it's all done with calm and without force. For those of us who do desk work, drive a lot, etc., these exercises are very helpful to prevent injury as well as to recover from injury. Perhaps most important, they contribute to well-being, both in feeling and in body. Anyway, your compact, targeted sessions are great, especially this one. Poor sleep or lack of sleep do one's body and one's life NO favors. Super video! Thanks, Dean 👍👌😁 Hate yoga, but LOVIN' "man flow yoga"! (OK, I don't actually "hate" yoga, it's just whether in studio or on TV/youtube, it's always presented by some trust fund kid living in Malibu in a beachfront mansion who doesn't have any problems anyway and thus doesn't need yoga in the first place. But man flow yoga is great. Dean, you've got this! Thank you again!

The supine twist works wonders for relieving the stress of the day. I also like putting my legs up the wall for viparita karani, which helps me get a good night's sleep.

Your sleep yoga content is good, I am a practicing yogi for 20 years now. I would recommend less verbal dialogue during these types of videos to get better results for the viewer as a sleep yoga routine
