Saturn is a ride or die friend. I’m so glad he’s sober and doing interviews.
Even when he wasnt sober he was a great interview, amazingly lucid.
@@Geraldo-ro9rc you are both correct. Saturn clearly has a brain and has an excellent memory. I think many would expect him to be a dummy because of his drug problem, but you can tell he is quite sharp.
Great move set, but his stories are awesome.

Vince was a closet homosexual as well. There are stories of Shawn Michaels doing sexual favors for Vince because he basically let him do whatever he wanted in the 90s with the clique. A few people have confirmed those rumors. Pat Patterson and Ray Stevens were predators of young boys who worked for WWF . Chris Kanyon should have kept it to himself. He was able to work all those years as a professional and great worker in the business.

Man both Chris and Perry don’t get the kind of praise they deserve I grew up watching both wrestlers and was a huge fan of both superstars. It’s sad to hear how much Chris struggles.

I used to talk to Kanyon on MySpace he didn’t wanna talk wrestling. He wanted to talk movies, fitness and food. One time he said “is it ok if I keep our conversation?” I thought he meant just not deleting it. But apparently he would print them out and put them in a filing folder. He was super SUPER nice. Really sweet person. Had no clue at all he was struggling. ☹️
Just watched wrestling bios video on Kanyon and the whole printing out conversations was mentioned. I just think it meant a lot to him especially with all his problems
James Mitchell told the story that he lived with Kanyon for a while and thought he was gay, but I don't think it was ever confirmed. He said a while after he moved out Kanyon was moving and his family came down from New York to help him. One of the boxes broke while they were moving and gay porn fell out. Kanyon told his family that it was James Mitchell's porn. Kanyon then called Mitchell to tell him the story and ask him to go with it if his family ever asked. I believe that is when he came out to Mitchell.

Any time I think of Kanyon I remember when Cena said he “wasn’t good”. I know Kanyon had his struggles, but to say he wasn’t a good talent is ridiculous.

Thank you Perry...!!! Chris was one HELLUVA worker. And being an openly gay man myself of 30+yrs now. And also someone who has loved and been a part of this business for 30yrs in a small marketing capacity for my local ind fed. I'm glad that MORE talent has felt comfortable in being able to come "out" without issue. Unfortunately for Chris it was during a time in this nation where it just wasn't accepted. However, we've come a very long way since then but still have a long way to go. Their are FAR FAR more people in this industry who are gay lesbian then fans can even begin to comprehend. Yet they are still living in fear of being outed. It's high time for that shit to end. Because it's not the attraction to their opponent they have. It's the attraction and love they have for THIS BUSINESS.

My best friend and I were HUGE Kanyon marks. He was just so good. Given the chance he could have been remembered among the kurt hennigs and owen hart type workers of wrestling.

I was at an indy show in Ontsrio Canada and Kanyon 'came out' in a promo (tbh, he may have been doing this as a spot at a couple shows.. not suggesting this was THE time he came out publicly). I was sad but not shocked when the crowd booed him or when the perennial local shit heel put him through a table and they cheered. Felt disappointed in my hometown that night and totally understand why he felt he couldnt come out...

I feel like with no Kaynon we would have had Edge. When Edge first showed up to WWE I immediately noticed how his moveset & look seemed very influenced by Kaynon.
@DeathAdder7 not counting the spear most of Edge’s moveset was identical to Kanyon finisher & all.

Never met Saturn, and I know he has a rep for being a hard ass or heelish to fans, but he seems like a great guy, someone you'd want to have in your corner.

Kanyon was really good. Really bad luck on the injury and the Boy George angle was such non sense. Then Ric Flair saying he simply wasn't good enough was really harsh. He deserved more.
Perry looked terrifying when he was younger but comes across as a really nice guy in this interview. Perhaps he was a nice guy outside of the ring in his younger days but worked stiff inside it and some people took it the wrong way.....? Or perhaps if he had a drug problem, he may have had a different personality back then. Still, a great storyteller.
Perry said in a number of interviews he was a drug addict while working in wcw and wwe and was constantly terrified he’d get caught and may have put a lot of people off as a result. Raven apparently did just as many drugs but was a higher functioning drug addict

From one Steve M. to another, I'm straight and secure with my sexuality (never had a same sex experience and never had the desire to) but I've had friends in my life who are/were gay because they were cool/funny people to be around. It's not like you're going to go kissing them or having sex with them if you choose not to. They respect that I have no interest in any sexual activity and I let them live their life.
I never "wanted" a friend just because they are straight or gay. Sexuality is irrelevant to me as long as they don't hit on me. If said gay friend tried to hit on me and continued to do so, I would quickly end the friendship unless it was a gay female lol. At the end of the day, It's about how you get along with someone and if you have similar interests.

The Rock is gay. Why didn't The Undertaker punish him?
I don't think being gay had anything to do with what the undertaker did to kanyon. If you watch maven's recent video on receipts then you know that maven was on the end of one of the most vicious chair shots in wrestling history delivered from the undertaker and it wasn't even a receipt; maven said its him paying his dues. So all the undertaker was doing according to maven was kanyon was paying his dues just like other wrestlers.
Also pat patterson was gay and for the amount of time patterson and the undertaker spent in the wwe i would say that the undertaker probably has lots of respect for patterson and probably wouldn't assault another gay guy out of hate

I don't know, if you hate on someone just because their sexuality is different than yours then that just looks bad on you as a person. If they continually hit on you after you tell them you're straight then that's one thing but if someone is minding their business just let them live their life is my attitude. I think that people who claim to be straight and who hate on gay people who don't bother them may be secretly closeted themselves.
