    • @junjeoung3009

      same here. its probably his old haircut that imposed the look of pornstar. Mohawk really looks nice on him and his impression changed dramatically since 'live large' docu. I even like his slight cocky tone. Overall, I think he's someone a lot of people can look up to and deserves respect.

      +Sheldon Cooper81 with 40 second rest im done in 45 minutes.

    • @sheldoncooper8199
      @sheldoncooper8199 8 лет назад

      The Dago
      Well you can do that but i start with 8 Minutes of running the Treadmill
      And still take 55 seconds of rest between Sets.
      So i take longer. When i started it took me
      120 minutes.

    • @thedomamato
      @thedomamato 8 лет назад +1

      +Sheldon Cooper81 your probably alot younger than me, old fart so Im fucked after half hour.

    • @sheldoncooper8199
      @sheldoncooper8199 8 лет назад +2

      The Dago
      Well i wouldnt call myself young with 35 years
      of age.
      But running the Treadmill like i said 6 to 8 minutes per workout day since 9 months boosted my endurance by 50 %
      I also drink 1.4 Litres of water during the workout and 800 ml of water right after i get up
      that fills the muscles with water and makes them like 10 % stronger.
