Jay and John are role models to emulate. It is sad that most are so wrapped up in themselves and don’t look for opportunities to spread the love.

What impressed me the most about Jay wasn't his 4 Olympia or 3 Arnold titles (which is amazing) but the way he handled finishing 2nd to legend Ron Coleman so many times and he NEVER GAVE UP!!! Most mere mortals would've limped away crying about how it wasn't meant to be or that the judging was rigged, etc. etc. Not Jay.... he just kept working harder and most importantly of all--smarter.... and became a legend himself. All class... too.

Always appreciated Jay Cutler. I Started pounding weights on my own personal bodybuilding Quest 12 years ago and never really paid close attention to the magazines or bodybuilders who were using drugs only because I didn't go that route. Although, I always appreciated Jay because he seemed real and straightforward and didn't get caught up in that world and mess his life up.

Jay, Las Vegas is nicknamed the 9th island because there are so many islanders from Hawaii and Samoa living there. The rock is Samoan since you don't know what a Samoan is. Sonny “Mr. Olympia 1995” Schmidt was also Samoan. They are naturally Big people and kind until you get on their bad side.

i notice he usually always does the subtle little pump concentric then eccentric before each rep. it's actually such a good technique for making sure the targeted muscle is catching the weight.. really helps groove the movement right on the muscle.

Arnold brought attention through the movies and is a legend but I can't think of another in our sport that has shown us in such a great life. I met you at the Arnold years ago and what a nice guy!
