When your Side Delts Suck Workout:
Warm up
1. DB Side Lateral Raises - 5 set x 12,10,10,10,8/16, 8/16
Straight sets - Then last 2 sets are Seth Sets
2. Seated DB Presses - 4 x 12,12,10,8/16
Last Set is a Seth Set
3. Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raises - 4 x 12,12,10/20,10/20
Last 2 sets are Seth Sets
4. Cable Side Raises - 4 x 12,12,10,10
Cable in front of the body or behind. Try both to see what you like then. Start counting the sets. OR Do two sets of each!
On each rep I want you to pause for 1/2 - 1 second at the top of each rep. Goal is to push blood into the side delt.
5. DB Front Raises - 4 x 12,12,10,10/10/10
Last set is a drop set. Decrease the weight each time by 5-10lbs and continue to get 10 reps until you can no longer get 10 reps.
Example - 30lb DB for 10, 20lbs for 10, 10lbs for 10.
6. Shrugs ! With DB - 6-8 sets x Failure.
Progressively increase the weight each set and each set push yourself to get as many reps as possible. Do not shoot for a number that is easily achievable. JUST KEEP SHRUGGIN!!! Remember slight bend in the elbows and Jam your shoulders into your ears!!!

2. Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raises - 4 x 12,12,10/20,10/20

5. Face Pulls Via Rope - 4 x 15,12,10,10/failure
Half to Full second pause on contraction of each rep.
Last set is a drop set to failure.

@@simzmarch3567 he probably does his shoulders 3 times a week,,,, starts light builds up and keeps going. I went from 15lbs side lateral raises to 25lbs in 3 weeks,,, consistency is key for all muscle groups. You have to set your ego aside with shoulders if you hurt them you're fucked

Consistency, frequency, and intensity are definitely key. Put on some serious side delt mass over 6-8 months, blasting sides regularly. Went from 25lbs to lower reps with 55s. Feel a lot more strength in that bodypart as well.

If i keep up eating & training the way you do in these videos, I am going to be a monster. I am getting monster gains all ready. I was in body building last December I was 245 10% BMI i am only 5'9. Then I destroyed my left knee at a lift comp. Had surgery and stopped working out. Flash forward to July 5 tore the acl meniscus and petilla and Achilles tendon in my right knee. Just started 3 weeks ago working out again. I was sitting at 295 and I know with out checking 30+ BMI. But with the "right supplements" and training I am dropping and getting my swell back fast.

Next year I wanna be swole as fuck starting with my shoulders, only problem is, not matter how hard I try with different variations of DB Side lateral raises, my traps love taking over! I did find a Chest Support Side lateral raise on one of John Meadows videos, which really helps.

Yes, you can build size from lifting without gear. I’ve been balancing my protein, fats and carbs, lifting every day based on my body type, keeping cardio moderate, and have put on a lot of size. But I’ve also been lifting for years!
It becomes significantly tougher for men with low testosterone age 35 and up to build muscle. (Muscle and bone density decreases 1% every year after that)
So to have an entire RUclips channel that expresses “how big you can get by using these fundamentals” is just false advertising and a lie to younger naive lifters, especially when you are juicing illegally.
