The music is to loud. I would prefer to hear what they are saying instead of that music. The whole point to watch this is to learn her recipe.

What a wonderful lady with quite a resume of cooking seafood. I am so anxious to cook her crab cakes! Yumm!!! A suggestion eliminate the music it is very distracting and I was unable to hear much of the conversation. Raising the volume only made the music worse. Thank you !

You totally distracted the cook with unnecessary chatter about a person she works for, so much that some of the crab cakes were too brown. Why didn’t you ask her what the burner is set on, how long to cook the cakes on each side - things that are actually important to this recipe?
I disagree her chatter help explain some details that were very important. For instance she clarified that the ingredients were based on 1 pound of crabment, Ms Mary was using 2 pounds if she didn't interject I would have used the meaurements at face value. I'm using 1 pound and Ms Mary didn't make that distinction but the other lady did.
ITS A DAMN SHAME THIS ANNOYING MUSIC IS IN THE WAY ........

I learned so much. I plan on making this for dinner one nite. I enjoyed Mary's life story but found it hard to hear over the music. Maybe, you can fix it since she's passing on so much. Tx and take care.
