- Hello, there ladies and gentlemen today we are playing the wonderful game Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 / RCT3 and of course we are breaking it / turning it on its head! Today instead of building a theme park or roller coasters or even a swiming pool, we will be building a Prison. Just like when we did forrestry in prison architect we will be doing Prison management in Roller Coaster Tycoon 3.
What could go wrong? Well actually a lot of things could.
This video is going to be packed with funny clips in a montage style of british humor!

You could try allowing the guests to escape the holding area by passing through one or more ludicrously overpriced changing rooms. If the game doesn't allow sufficiently ludicrous prices, you could chain several one-way changing rooms and pools in order to circumvent the price limit. In fact, you might even be able to get the customers to go in an inescapable loop of expensive changing rooms.
While watching this sipping on my tea, I wondered to myself "I wonder what spiff would do in Zoo Tycoon" I would love to see that

Fun fact: as a 9 year old I made a roller coaster in this game with hundreds of photograph points, and it filled the entirety of the family PCs harddrive with identical photographs of passengers screaming

Honestly I mainly drink coffee because flavor variety, and I have issues taking a shit. But I'm a southern man, and iced sweet tea is amazing.

Play a mission where you have to beat a rival park's popularity. Build a dollar coaster that launches guests into the rivals park. The guests die in the rivals park so their popularity plumets. Profit.

I was just thinking Let's Spiff It Out would be amazing.
You could connect the prison section to the rest of the pool complex and they will still try to leave with the same changing room (as long as it's still the closest one) creating a human conveyor belt. Also you could have them drop into a pool which doesn't sound so bad, however if you cover all the sides with wave makers, they can never get out.
You should play Evil Bank Manager so you can buy Tea Plants and control the world economy.

Why don't you make a lovely "zoo" exhibit with lots of hungry predators, safely fenced off from the rest of the park, except for that little drop off point at the pool dressing room exit? Then instead of managing a prison you're just feeding the animals...

For those who are wondering why The Spiffing Brit says he had a hard time acquiring this game, it' because this is RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 vanilla not the extremely common "Platinum" edition.
Not to mention it's 3 discs in total, because you have 1 disc for the base game (The other two are expansions), one for the zoo stuff, and one for the water rides. On a side note if you have the three discs you can install all three on different computers and use a different disc to launch the game, and you can copy files over so all you need to do is launch the base game to have the two expansions.
He is not playing vanilla though.

You should’ve put a changing room in the holding cell that leads to a little area with shops and other stalls that’s not connected to the main path. Then mark up the price so they have to pay $20 to use the bathroom.

Also try the death loop, where a changing room goes straight into the same pool complex it supposedly leads out of, creating a small loop of people who all continuously walk nearly inside each other in a circle forever.
I had RCT3 growing up, and this was something my sisters and I discovered. Tip: You have to have the group leader in there, otherwise the other will be able to teleport out.

If you want another silly Tycoon game you could try Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection or Zoo Tycoon 2 and its expansions. They're both quite fun and let you do all kinds of fun things with guests, animals, and zoo staff. ;-)

FWIW: the game was removed from Steam because Atari never paid Frontier for making the game and still owes them several million $. The cheapest way to get the game now is to track down the RollerCoaster Tycoon Mega Pack which includes the steam code for RollerCoaster Tycoon 1, 2, and 3, and all their expansions. As long as you have a steam code for the game you can still play it, you just can't buy it through steam.

Why not shove a bunch of Loins into the area that people couldn't leave and maybe if the game lets you make a exit gate that costs 100 pounds to exit.
