I just recently started following your videos and I wanted to tell you that they are big help, especially for someone with adult ADHD. The gentle encouragement to check in with myself mentally and physically and to notice how I feel after stretching is exactly what I need to stay motivated.
Finally!! The FIRST easy and relaxing morning yoga that does not include the stress of downward dog etc in the morning. This was lovely. I love the raised hip strerches and the close out meditation. Thank you my love. My word for today is : 💗LOVE💗
Love this. I’m just recovering from an injury and haven’t been practicing for several weeks. I’m extremely tight and need these easy 10 min sessions to ease back into yoga.
My word for today was 'trust' in the sense that I'll keep the promises I've made to myself so I produce trust towards my inner self and give importance to my needs, my feelings my initiatives and my goals🙏🏻Thank you so much for your videos, they all are truly amazing🤍
my word of the day is 'progress' because i havent moved my body in any form other than physical work for a very long time leaving me unflexible, in pain all the time, stiff and unhappy so here's to progress and working on my health xx glad i found your channel literally last night

When I've been asked, I say that I make a point of spending at least 10 minutes a day working on movement of some sort, and these videos help me provide folks with some examples. And I use them too.

my word for the day is curiosity - could feel something scratching under the surface during practice, but was able to come back to the breath and reconnect to poses and the body. but going to allow myself to be open to receiving any messages that are trying to come through today; thank you for this lovely space

"New" There are a lot of things I'm trying to bring into my life right now, and while I'm not really into mysticism I do like patterns and synchronicities, so I thought the new moon would be a great time to really set my focus on my new self image that I'm working toward. I have been practicing your five minute classes for a couple weeks now, and wanted to tag a longer stretch onto the playlist. I'm pretty unconditioned so these short beginner sessions are perfect to ease in and set the habit without getting discouraged by length or difficulty. Thank you also for your affirmation videos, they're very nice for closing out my yoga.
