Good morning! In this 10 minute morning yoga class I'll take you through some feel good seated stretches before doing a variation of Sun Salutation B. This is great 10 minute yoga practice for all levels and there are no props required. We'll begin with some seated neck rolls followed by some hamstring stretches, forward folds and twists before standing up to flow. Enjoy!

Kassandra, I just want to thank you. I'm a bigger woman and I've wanted to get into yoga for so long. Your Beginners/Easy videos have made that possible for me. Sometimes I can't do the poses, sometimes I can't hold my body in certain ways but that hasn't stopped me. Please please pleaaaase do some 20 Minute morning yoga sequences too! I would love it as I am slowly progressing from 10 minutes to 30 minutes of yoga everyday. 20 Minutes would be a good step-stone for that :)

Perfect Monday morning practice. Feeling much more ready to start my day. My word (or words) is 'peace within."
Today my word was supportive. I woke up feeling very disoriented from sleeping poorly and having one of those dreams where you think you’ve woken up, but you’re actually still dreaming. Throughout this practice today I felt very anxious about all of these feelings, and decided to be supportive for myself today. I will dedicate today to being there for me in any way that helps me to feel supported, safe, and loved

My word is balance. My winter break just started and I realized how much stuff I still have to do outside of school, I really have to balance all of that with self ware and relaxation, it's impossible to neglect one or the other.
Honestly, these 10 minute morning yoga classes are SO energizing and motivating. I started going for a run once and a while a couple of weeks ago, just did one this morning and then came home and did this morning class. My endorphins level is sky high right now, haha! I love this particular one, don't know why. Maybe it's the poses you chose 💕 My word for the day was productive!

I've done this morning routine so many times I think I know it by heart. I look forward to K's note that putting your heels on the floor during downward dog "truly does not matter" and I also like hearing the neighbor laugh in the beginning and moving furniture (or drilling?) near the end...it's so familiar to me now. I choose “gentle.” “Be gentle with yourself through this healing process” really hit home today. I’m tired of being so hard on myself, putting pressure on myself to feel (or not feel) a certain way, do certain things, etc. Especially when getting over someone, gentleness and forgiveness towards oneself is key. I accept how I feel, and I will not bring about tension by trying to push back against my emotions. I will be gentle with myself through this process. Thank you

I only found your channel recently but I would like to say how useful I have found your short videos for different areas of the body. I just really like the way you teach. I started my own challenge this month to do at least 15 mins of yoga every day for a month, after being derailed at 19 consecutive days last month by Covid! I often feel very tired in the evenings but I find I can face doing your short classes and they seem to pack a lot into each one despite not feeling rushed. Thank you from a student in the UK x
