I’m 60 and have exercised since I was a teenager. I do hair, so I stand all day with my job. I work on people of all ages and see the decline of folks that don’t workout enough or never do. Balance is key to everything as we age. Thanks for this.
I’d love to improve my balance, I’m pretty active but my feet wobble all the time. I have ‘mobile metatarsals’ so I’m not sure there’s an answer to that but this video helps to keep my core straight, thanks.
It would be nice if you showed a senior (older person) doing these exercises. Even simply standing on one foot is not easy for beginners. I also wonder how many weeks it would take to show any improvement in balance--a month? a year?
The exercises seem good but the instructor does a poor job of sequencing thru each one. She stops and starts with explanations and demos too much. Demonstrate then guide the participant thru the entire exercise. I found the stopping and starting difficult to integrate.

Recovering from hamstring injury, great way to start
It's a challenge for me. So I'll do these on a regular basis. Thanks for posting!
So much help, Thanks 😊
Our pleasure! Happy you found it helpful ❤️
Thank you for share.
Excellent. Thank you.
I'm happy to have found these exercises.
Need these!
Excellent !!
I enjoyed doing it with music beat, although I modified some of the moves according to my capability. Thanks.
I like the slow movements as I have a severe balance problem. Can't do anything very quickly. Also you have the same couch and pillows as we do.
I also have balance issues like you are describing.
Great exercises for legs

How can I keep the video so I can do it every day? It disappears down in my emails. So I have to search for the videos.
Bookmark it on your device. Perhaps someone can show you how to create folders and put bookmarks into them.

Upset my stomach when doing the eye things. Must be something like motion sickness 😜
Of your many movements, I don't know what belongs to the exercise and what doesn't.
Hello 👍👋
I am sorry for you all who have balance problems, for I have a nasty unbalance.
Should I wear shoes during this exercise?
This is just my opinion but I would start with athletic shoes and as you improve do it in socks for more of a challenge
