- The Dhillon family enter The Den with a mission statement to “Leave the outdoors outside!”. After getting fed up of being told off by his mother for bringing mud in to the house, Arminder created Boot Buddy and he has become the youngest person ever to receive backing from three of the UK’s biggest business people.
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

Can we talk about how awesome Debrah is. She is so fair and doesn't squeeze people just bcse she can. She does what is right bcse it is right, on top of that she has excellent business sense and the vast majority of the time she puts her finger just on the right =spot. I truly admire her and think she is very unique, very strong, and very intelligent as well as perspective.
She's always been my favorite dragon. Peter might be the richest but Deborah has that determined trust worthy nature. As you said, she's fair.

I don't think under 18s are allowed in financial negotiations like this. They can't even sign contracts on their own. I might be wrong but I think this could be a legal thing.
I've seen kids participate in the negotiations phase before though. There was one where it was actually the parents who lost the kids investment by bumbling numbers. It was the "future of Britain is bright with these sisters" one.

This product is actually much better than it appears. Remember foot and mouth!!! Any country's National Park Department would be interested. Department of Conservation New Zealand for starters!!! Simply putting in a unique washing up liquid mix to clean outdoor shoes/hiking boots etc. will help kill all known organisms that are easily spread from area to area and cross borders and continents from tourist not cleaning said boots. These harmful organisms transported by boot soles wreck havoc on eco systems. Devastation caused by these organisms etc. threaten billion dollar industries, so really the bigger picture is not just preserving mum's carpet. You could easily get government interest and funding worldwide. You are on the money!

This would actually be an amazing product for horses hooves and saddlery. Go with me... if they redesigned it a little to be a lightweight aluminum so that you could put oil based products in it like linseed oil for horses hooves and a leather polish with a soft bristle brush, it could open up an unexpected market. All the time I was watching this, I just kept thinking.. amazing, I wouldn't have to faff about with a damned hose and fidgety horse while cleaning hooves, I could just give them a light scrub in a few minutes total without splashing around everywhere.. and it would lessen water wastage as well.. you would'nt have to leave a hose running..
I myself thought this product would be ideal for pet owners.
Maybe with a heavy duty scrapper on the end?

@@sammiss3804 Been using this for a while now and even when I do need to make refills, it still is faster to use this product than my regular tap and brush. More importantly, it's good for the environment as it saves you water, as opposed to just running your tap.

@xxBOUNTYxxHUNTER Nope, its great because I goto the matches with them, and we clean them there at the side of the pitch before we go home. Then they are left to hang dry in my garage. I hated washing muddy footy boots in my sink its bloody disgusting. You may think its a pointless product but when you have a husband that manages a local pub footy team with 3 sons also playing in that team, these little simple gadgets are a time saver and I dont have to see a mountain of muddy dried on footy boots in my house side by side anymore. So please dont try and tell me this is a "lazy" thing saying I cant spend a bit of time washing them like effin normal.. Ive been washing footy boots and kits for 20+ years.

I'm watching this thinking I NEED this for cleaning my horse's feet (and my own feet after I've been at the stables). So so many horses hate having a hose pipe near their feet, and Deborah Meaden is a huge horse lover, I can't believe they didn't bring this up when she was saying she didn't like football! But hey, she invested and I'm going to buy one so it ended well for everyone.
They were such a lovely family i think the dragons saw highly investible people regardless of the product.

The thing is when people have money they can sometimes forget that the simple things can really have a big impact! This invention maybe a brush at the end of a bottle but we can see so many people buying it!

This was a great video for Dragons Den... young inventor, brother who supports his other brother and a mum who helped get them to where they needed to be albeit at a very expensive rate. The investment went through and they are still in business. Best of luck to them all.
