Thank you so much for sharing these recipes, I am 76yrs and overweight, suffering from depression and I have decided to try much harder to become more healthy, lose some weight and feel a whole lot better. The new 'me' starts NOW !!!
I'm really thankful of these videos. My doctor just told me I'm borderline already and have to watch my sugar intakes. I have hypertension as well. I've been searching none stop what to eat, not to eat, sugar alternatives the whole nine yards and its really stressing me out. I also watched videos here on youtube but it gets confusing because there are foods that some says its good for you then others said its bad for you. Even milk options. Some says zero sugar oat milk is good for diabetic so I've been using it for my oatmeal then there's this article in google saying that its bad if your diabetic! Sometimes I don't even want to eat or drink anymore but just water 😁. Until I saw your videos . Easy to follow and much much better to understand. So thank you in a million Doc!!

One notable exception: If you have a choice between 'baby' carrots and regular ones, get the regular ones. Baby carrots are old carrots that have been ground down and repurposed for remarketing. Hi Dr Ergin, thank you for the great ideas. Here is a good seasoning recipe which I have been using for years. I got it from Rachael Ray. In a container (I like the Talenti iceream container- my husband likes the ice cream and he’s not diabetic) mix a handful of cumin, chili powder, onion and garlic powder, and thyme. Put the lid on and shake real good. Great on hamburger, beef, chicken, and fish.

I live alone and I love fresh veggies but they don't last long .I cut up some stalks put in fridge for eating the rest I make a mixture of celery, onion, and green peppers if you desire.put in freezer bag to freeze for soups etc. No waste. I re commend freezers for all living alone especially those with health issues as food prices are so high need not waste anything. Have a blessed day!.
I travel as a part of my Job. I must eat either Hotel or airport food. My trips can be as short as 3 days, up to 14 days. Other than eating plain scramble eggs every day for breakfast and a sizable tossed salad (perhaps with grilled chicken EVERYDAY),….there’s not much to choose from. Packing a portable cooler with premade meals isn’t possible, especially if my job requires crossing International borders (All food must be discarded upon clearing Customs, each way. So give me and others, some items that we can utilize “On the Road”. ……we real answers.

I buy celery every couple of weeks and toss the whole thing a couple of weeks later.
In the video you said you would put in the comments what air fryer you like. I could not find that.
What about slowcooking in a Crockpot?
You are the best 😘
DOC WHAT TIME SHOULD YOU EAT YOUR LAST MEAL for THE DAY AND YOU DESSERT OR TREAT?
I'm not a Dr. But you have to stop when your fasting time starts. Mine is 6PM. I eat from 12 till 6.
What do you think of the Instant Pot
I knew I bought my Ninja Foodi for a good reason ! 👍 I marinade my meat before I cook it !😊😊😊
