    Day 3: Done ✅ tbh my stomach started to burn so badly lol, but I like the feeling
    Day 4: Done ✅
    Day 5: Done ✅
    Day 6: Done ✅
    Day 7: Done ✅
    Day 8: Done ✅
    Day 9: Done ✅ So I decided to do measurements today(for the first time in 9 days), and it seems that I've lost 3 cm in my lower belly, and 1 cm in the upper part
    Day 10: Done ✅
    Day 11: Done ✅
    Day 12: Done ✅
    Day 13: Done ✅
    Day 14: Done ✅ I'll write the results tomorrow guys
    Results: Before: upper part-76 cm; lower part-95 cm. After: upper part-73 cm; lower part-90 cm
    For the past 3 days I did the workout for 2 rounds. I'm quite shocked by the results. Thank you🤗

      @@vanessak.179 Honestly, not that much but I can see a little bit of a line forming in the middle from above lol. It was a short period of time. so I'm not expecting the results yet, but I'm not giving up)

    I loved how you do not have to talk... I found most of the youtubers talk too much while working out which is quite annoying for people to follow them. LOL.

    I did this workout on my period, and it helped with the cramps. Somehow the pain of these exercises covered the period pain... Mary thank you I guess

    Diese 60 Sekunden Übungen machen es zum härtesten Bauchworkout überhaupt! nach den 14 Tagen möchte ich es ohne Pausen schaffen :D

    This work out really boost your abs. Highly effective. I do this once in two days it helps me to build my abs real quick.

    I work out everyday and I could barely do this video but I did not quit definitely took some breaks but it’s all about jumping back in and pushing yourself nothing like knowing you didn’t give up 💯❤️

    This workout is awesome Mary! But weirdly my hips crack a lot with this particular one, do you maybe have tips on how to avoid that, maybe some warm up hip exercise, or I'm just not executing the moves well?

    Okayyyyyyyyyyyyy I'm gonna tried this... I'm french so I will make a lot of mistakes sorry.
    So I tried a lot of programme but nothing work for me i will tell you if ther résults for me ...

    Day 1 ✅ Okay first day it's hard and i must take a break at 4:00 minutes but I finish it and yes it hurts a lot 💀
    Day 2 ✅ Still hard, and my abs hurt from Yesterday but I did it (with a break at 4:00)
    Day 3 ✅ it's still hurt but I don't have to take a break today kinda proud
    Day 4 ✅ i did it still hard (my habs burn)
    Day 5 ❎ I really can't sorry
    Day 6 ✅ dis it twice because I didn't do it yesterday

    Ich liebeee deine Videos 💕 Allerdings finde ich 1 Minute je nach Übung recht lang, vielleicht könntest du nochmal ein Video für lower Abs drehen, mit mehr Übungen die nicht länger als 40 sec gehen (?) Liebe Grüße 🌞
