    I love your workouts for many, many reasons, but one big one is you don't yell at me!😅 I like that you're chill. I still get very sweaty and get a great workout!! Thank you. I've been doing your workouts for over a year, and since I started doing weight workouts, I have lost 17 lbs in the last year, and I am well into menopause. Your workouts have literally changed my life. ❤ I am in better shape now in my early 50's than ever, and I love wearing a bathing suit! Thank you!!

      At 49 I found out that I am hypermobile and can't do heavy hitt exercises. These exercises are controlled, super well explained and I book great results.

    Dear Maddie , you're the best ever coach anyone could ever ask for! During these difficult times you had been helping me to stay present , relax my soul and mind and ofc to love and appreciate my body the way it is!     I have been doing your workouts for about a week now, and I can feel a difference with my strength!! I was surprised today that with the scissor kicks, normally I can barely do them.

    I've only been doing your videos consistently for about 3 weeks now, and with a good diet to go with your workouts, I'm already seeing slimmer yet bulkier thigh muscle and the beginning of abs! Can't wait to see how much strength I gain in the next few months 💜

    I love these targeted exercises that aren't just core OR arms but both. These intermingled with mobility and endurance sessions are spot on!

    I started doing your workouts in 2018 but stopped for sometime and now back at following your workouts again after doing an hour of ballet barre class😍😍 I love the energy it gives me after, if only I had more time I would do more of your workout videos each day!!

    This was a good one! I sometimes switched out the 10lb weight for a 15lb, and I was struggling the whole time. I made it through each exercise with out giving up though 🙌🏻

    So glad I gave this one a try. I wasn't sure how I would like it, I am normally more into HIIT workouts. This workout flew by! I will be doing this one again.

    Maddie. I haven't enjoyed from a workout like that for a long time!! Everything was on point. It was hard in a good way, felt like I really push myself.

    you should do a newjeans dance party workout! song recommendations for cardio: attention, hype boy, OMG, new jeans, super shy, ETA, cool with you! would be an absolutely perfect workout with any of these songs since these are all upbeat dance songs with so much genre versatility! ☺
