    I love your workouts for many, many reasons, but one big one is you don't yell at me!😅 I like that you're chill. I still get very sweaty and get a great workout!! Thank you. I've been doing your workouts for over a year, and since I started doing weight workouts, I have lost 17 lbs in the last year, and I am well into menopause. Your workouts have literally changed my life. ❤ I am in better shape now in my early 50's than ever, and I love wearing a bathing suit! Thank you!!

      At 49 I found out that I am hypermobile and can't do heavy hitt exercises. These exercises are controlled, super well explained and I book great results.

    Dear Maddie , you're the best ever coach anyone could ever ask for! During these difficult times you had been helping me to stay present , relax my soul and mind and ofc to love and appreciate my body the way it is!     I’m 6 months postpartum and this was the right duration with the right amount of exercises and time for each to tone. Loved it.

    I started doing your workouts in 2018 but stopped for sometime and now back at following your workouts again after doing an hour of ballet barre class😍😍 I love the energy it gives me after, if only I had more time I would do more of your workout videos each day!!

    I have been doing your workouts for about a week now, and I can feel a difference with my strength!! I was surprised today that with the scissor kicks, normally I can barely do them.

    Maddie. I haven't enjoyed from a workout like that for a long time!! Everything was on point. It was hard in a good way, felt like I really push myself.

    This was a good one! I sometimes switched out the 10lb weight for a 15lb, and I was struggling the whole time. I made it through each exercise with out giving up though 🙌🏻
