i did her small waist workout for a week and it has been working really well so now that i’ve got my almost flat stomach i need abs lmaoo day 1 : was burning A LOT but it’s good sign! day 2 : bruh i forgot day 3 : it was wayyy harder than day 1 (btw how on earth do you do side planks? it’s impossible lmao) day 4 : i did this workout AND her 15min hourglass workout IT WAS INTENSE day 5 : i did the same thing as yesterday and during the last exercise i could feel my abs while squeezing them, which i couldn’t yesterday:) day 6 : side planks are impossible (still doing the 2 workouts) day 7 : i only did half of the video because i wouldn’t have enough time but now i have a flat stomach :) day 8 : didn’t do it day 9 : so yesterday i had my second covid vaccine and i’ve been reaallyyy sick today (ps: i won’t be able to do day 10 and 11 i won’t be home) (PS: while doing this im not on a diet but i try to eat healthier)(and i also try to drink a lot of water)

I hope you see this comment.I have been searching all over youtube for a video of women abs. Just a close up video of the abs to see the structure. I have been learning about the structure of abs and I have seen so many drawings of abs but I cant find a video. I think it would be a very novel thing to make a video showing different part of abs because not a single women has done it on RUclips. If you are a man tho there are plenty of videos and references to find all over the internet so men know how their muscles look like. I think that it will probably be intimidating to take a close up video of the abs structure but if you decide to do it you are really brave

Neither could i, please try and you will be better so soon. I have weak arms but i practised the side planks and i can finally do all these exercises. Trust me i couldnt even stand for 2 secs, but look at where i am now!
