Honestly I never liked doing sit ups or any thing on the floor,, but since I found Michelle's channel I actually do some workouts on floor,,, she makes us feel good, thx Michelle

Today is weight resistance day for me so I dove in for the 45 min triset which kicks butt for this 62 year old. I used 12, 10 & 8lb weights, I’ve been hovering in the 5, 8, & 10lb zone for a long time. So I feel good about the bump up, and plan on trying to bump it up a bit more next time. Your intense cardio kickboxing is some good stuff too, great core work at the end of the video. Thank you ❤💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
I said I would do this one again this week and just wanted an overall workout this morning! Felt awesome, used heavier weights , focused and really worked the muscles that I needed to and went beyond the bell on some, some I had to get ready mentally too! I love this whole workout, sets and all. I will get heavier, I’d love to get to 25lb snatches . 20’s is about all I can do.
I was inactive for a week due to knee injury. Resumed my exercise slowly w this triset full body. I had to modify some moves but overall, i m so glad tt i can be bck to working out w u Michelle & ur crew. ❤

I just finished this workout and I’m putting this on my weekly workout. I really really loved this one. 30 to 10’s but upped my 10’s to 12’s on reverse delta-it felt awesome. Again this is the stuff I really like. 25’s on chest press and 15’s flys!!!! Awesome job you guys, you rock
