Strength workouts are important too…but there’s nothing better than a non-stop muscular endurance workout…all the availability of muscular rotations make it so worthwhile too; as we all know, you can’t do rotations with heavier weights….thank you so much 😊
I have not done this yet but today...I love your workouts...I do try to change once in awhile but always come back as your instruction is so clear, I always get an excellent-tough workout, and mostly because you make it fun to exercise..please keep them coming..I know it is a lot of work and we all appreciate it. thank you..

I saved this for when I had the time for a longer video. Because that happened to be on a Friday, my right shoulder was a little achy from being on a computer all week but I adjusted by using my lightest weights a lot. Loved the burn, the dynamic stretches between the trisets and hearing about your journey at the end ❤ Thank you for the great workout 💪🏼
Thank you - destroyed - did that with 2.5, 5 & 7.5 Kg bells that’s 5.5, 11 & 16.5 pounds(for those in the 1800s and still using imperial measurement ) 😉
