    I wanted to try something right outside of my comfort zone as we dance our way through this workout! Although these aren't technically "dance" moves, I am so excited to workout with you to the beat of the music (for the most part!) It wasn't perfect but they will get better, this was my first try with on-beat fitness! Keep moving and keep your heart rate up-and HAVE FUN with this one! Sweat and smile and burn up to 600 calories with me as we stick to the beat to keep moving!!

    *Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.     Hey everyone!! I normally don't ask for anything, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin.     I've tried to workout consistently my entire life but I could never get into a routine because I would get bored and become discouraged. This is the first time in m life that I actually look forward to working out everyday and its because of Sydney.     I did 30 min of workout today & took 45 mins . Felt little weak today but , I’m still proud of myself for pushing myself to the fullest . Will come back again stronger for this workout! I promise I’m gonna crush it !

    This was different and I loved it! It was hard but it so good for us. My sweat was sweating! Lol I would like to see a video on nutrition. What you eat in a day, before and after work outs. That would be very helpful!

    I didn't know what to expect when starting this working, but by the end I figured it out. My oh my was that tough. 5 minute cardio spurts is the longest I've done. I finished it, crushed it, and love it! Thank you for being my training and having fun with me during workouts!

    You know what, I was having an absolutely terrible morning, I started to work out twice and literally just stopped because I couldn’t bring myself to do it, but it’s about 2 o’clock in the afternoon and I’m going to crush this workout and then I’m gonna go for a walk with my dog and it’s gonna be awesome, I will manifest my work out if I have to.

    Hi Sydney, recently came across your channel. Love your workouts! You're an amazing person to have these available on RUclips free of charge! :)
    Just wanted to give you some feedback on this particular workout. I've been doing group fitness classes for years at the gym so I'm used to high/low impact workouts, step and spin classes, etc. I know you were trying to keep on the beat, but the movements and transitions were too quickly paced especially the ab section. I'm fit and couldn't do the circuits that fast without losing proper form!
    Anyway, greatly appreciate the wide variety of workouts you provide. You are awesome!!!

    As I was doing this workout I was reminded of a comment you made during another video, about how we all have certain pants that we reserve for cardio days(the pants that actually stay in place) Thank god for those today! Great job girl, great job y’all!

    That's my first ever quick cardio workout ...it was insanely fast. I did finish it..the jacks circuit had my legs begging for a break....thanks Sydney...and am.really looking fwd to the next 4 weeks with u

    Once I finished this entire workout I started crying like a baby!!!! Honestly... one of the hardest but most rewarding workouts I’ve ever done! I’m an ex professional acrobat, now neo mama so i know my shit! Thank you for this!!! Amazing! You bet I’ve subscribed 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I loved that you switched it up! Cardio workouts are my favorite. Maybe next time all of the songs can start one right after another and have the same BPM so that they match the speed of the moves. Thanks for the great workout!
