  • How to disconnect the knock sensor from a 2002 Nissan Frontier or Xterra without cutting or splicing wires using a DIY tool. The tool specification is 12" x 3" x 1/4".

      Yes. I was able to disconnect it easily with the DIY tool. All you need is to build a similar tool.

      @@khonman1 My 2001 xterra has p0300 and p0325. It is misfiting bad guy told me it was the knock sensor. Seem accurate?

      Mine was showing po327. After I disconnected the knock sensor wire, bought a new knock sensor and installed it on top of the plenum, the error was gone.
