Yea pretty easy I do want to switch over the a different border. I just used applique but there is another border stitch but dont now how to make it in Hatch. Only is Chroma luxe so next one will have that.
You do it on plastic so you don't have to cut or burn it when it's done. The plastic allows you to do it the way you see it. As soon as it's done, pop it out and do burn to tighten it up. And then add your sticky back, or it's ready to stitch on what you want.
o.k. thats what confusing me because i saw you cut it out first and it just seems excessive lol. i have vinyl cutters to cut my shapes out so i dont have to do the first step of doing the initial stitch to create the shape. my plan eventually is to get a laser cutter to do it.
I have a Lazer and cutter those will work. I do think if you do all your stitching on the plastic it may jump off line. Bc the satin stitch will be the last thing to get done bc that is what cuts the plastic. And thats like doing puff on a hat.
@@ttowntshirts nah, you just have to have to have thick enough plastic. thats how i first learned how to do i was just to use the badgemaster film. but I started to do more sublimated patches which required the need to cut the shapes out.
I love this. Thanks for sharing your method
No problem want to make another one to show and talk more about it.
thank you for sharing

Thank you. Jessie, I've been busy over here. I had to knock out a little video.
@Ttown Tshirts this is a great video! And where do you get your 4mm plastic from?
Just about any hardware store. Home depot, lowes, I really think I got this one from big lot's.
@@ttowntshirtsthanks!
if you dont mine me asking why do you use the plastic and not just embroider them all out at one time on twill and then cut them out?

is this tear off plastic or water dissolve one?
No the plastic is basic 4mil plastic. You stitch over it all and it melts when you burn it.
What size hoop at 4:30?
Sorry for the delayed response that is my 11x13 hoop
What adhesive do you use in the back of the patches
