Yeah, great spot! I really like how you guys go back and forth so it is easier to digest the comparisons. We've got the Bronco's but my son wants to convert to the Tarantula. Thanks for the video!
I have the Defender and absolutely love it though more of a trail rig for sure. The Tarantula is awesome. Great job on that it is a very cool looking rig. And the Bronco is sweet too. Thank you for taking the time to do the video. Really enjoyed it.
Thank you I really appreciate it! The Trantula originally was a grey defender as-well, however David wanted more performance and ditched the body. Glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching I really appreciate it! I’ll have more rc content soon hopefully!
Killer vid! I'm about to put wheels and tires on my trx4m bronco, and I'm not sure how big I can go. What size injora tires are on the bronco? I'm with you on the scale look over the rock buggy.
Thank you I appreciate it! Unfortunately, I forgot the size. I do know they are just as tall as the Trx4m high trail tires. I recommend the Injora wheel and tire beadlock package. Good quality wheel and tire for the price.
Thanks bro. If they're the same size as the high trail tire, then they're 62mm. So, the injora A/T 62MM with some of their brass bead lock wheels should be killer.
Thank you I really appreciate it! You will definitely enjoy yours. They are a lot of fun. Just be careful. The stock servo is very weak. In my opinion. Mine broke in three days. I’ve submerged my truck underwater a few times and it still works fine. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it but it happens 😂
Hey there! Sweet rigs, and awesome crawl spot! I was born and raised in Santa Rosa! Is this spot near hwy 12 and farmers lane? I have a trx4 m and did thr tarantula swap. However, im struggling to get the setup where i want it. Do you have a list of the items used for the tarantula? Also, id love to meet up with you guys, if and when i make it over to Santa Rosa. Thanks for the video!
Thank you I appreciate it! Yes this is in flat rock park over by hwy 12. As for setup on the trantula I’ll have to ask my cousin he put that one together. I know they have a crawler competition every 2nd Sunday of the month.
That would be cool. I think he traded off his tarantula. My Trx4m remains unchanged. I’m debating on either getting the meus ripper body or getting an fj45 body from Injora.
@@pablosgarage707 I’ve seen some crazy results from the Ripper. I’m slowly piecing back together my stock Defender now after doing an all out build on my Tarantula

I thought the same thing however, we experienced the directional tires working better backwards. I just avoid mud with backwards tires. They won’t cycle out and clog up the tread.
Badass mullet my guy! Nice little rigs too! The trx4ms just seem a bit too light for their own good. If i get one Ill be addin the wheel weights and maybe some led to he body to make it behave more like a scale truck. When they jitter around it looks kinda goofy.
Nice good way to add weight for cheap! Appreciate it I do need to trim up the sides and front however lol. They are too light on there own they definitely need added weight.

I love my blue trx4m and the buggy is nice too , can't go wrong with either , so fun to drive
They definitely are. I really want to build a buggy aswell. Unfortunately I am out of room for more rc cars 🥲

Thank you I appreciate it! I would also recommend to look into the meus ripper. They are very popular from what I’ve seen
Both are excellents set ups…and what a nice crawling spot!
Thank you I appreciate it! Yes flat rock park is a great spot however it can get super hot I always make sure to bring water lol.

Nice comparison, thanks!
Thanks for watching! Appreciate it!
You can get the upgraded hood now for the tarantula
Sweet! We have a Flat Rock Park here in Georgia in my town where I do most of my crawling
Nice nice. Seems to be a common name. I bought my 68 charger out of a town called flat rock Alabama lol.

They are 1.0x2.2 I believe

I go to this same spot perfect for crawlers
It’s so much fun! Definitely come out to second Sunday every month it’s a blast!
Great im waiting on mine to get in the mail its awsome to see what it can do great comparison video guys just subbed to your channel

Build a full tarantula and use your stock parts to rebuild your stock TRX4m >>

Hello,
Very nice Video, great place!👍
Nice greetings from Germany!🖖🍀
Thank you I appreciate it! Thanks for watching glad you enjoyed the video! 👍
The bronco passenger rear wheel is wobbling as you drive
Part of the tire bead has came out of the wheel. The Traxxas method beadlocks are not very good in my opinion
wheels would do better if you had the directional tires on in the right direction
I thought the same thing however, we experienced the directional tires working better backwards. I just avoid mud with backwards tires. They won’t cycle out and clog up the tread.

I was gunna get some stick on lead wheel weights from a auto shop..

I really liked this video! New sub lets go!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you I really appreciate it! Soon I should release more videos like this 👍
How did he put a spare on the back of the tarantula
That I’m not sure he has since sold it I believe he just ran some sort of bolt or a universal 118 scale, spare tire carrier
What size tires are on the Bronco?
1.0 64mm I bought them on eBay a while ago however I can’t seem to find the exact ones anywhere sadly. Wheels are Traxxas method beadlocks
is this santa rosa?
Yes
Where did ya get the shocks from on the Tarantula?
