Yes thank you, managed to buy complete ignition kit second-hand off Ebay for 60 quid, and fitted it myself thanks to your video, much appreciated fella, hardest job was removing those bolts with a small screwdriver and a hammer but they soon started turning after few minutes, just got to pop on the door lock and fuel cap and im done.
Hi bro. Brilliant video. I have a new steering lock barrel and want to transfer over my original ignition switch. What is the procedure without locking out the new barrel? Thankyou
Seat altea 09 1.9tdi.. I am having problem turning my key , it's hard to turn . And the steering isn't locking . Do I need to replace the ignition barrell? Also will I need to get the key programmed? Thanks for any information.
If i buy it from ebay all kit for £30 i will must change and the keys , i see on ebay the kit coming with some keys So how i manage with my old original key ? Thanks

If you don't disconnect the battery and do the same process as above will the immobiliser turn on?
I wonder if you actually need to remove steering wheel or not?
