    I made this today. I sort of estimated the quantities, but I don’t think that mattered too much. Turned out to be really delicious and tasty. A great way to use my left over ricotta cheese. I’ll be making it again very soon. Thank you!

    Yummy! I added some shredded mozz and grated parm on top, sprinkled some oregano on top also. Instead of flipping it over, I put it under the broiler until it bubbled.

    Yummy, but Frittata is Italian. Interesting done only on the stovetop.
