I tried these bruschetta a couple of days ago, following exactly his recipe...they are absolutely amazing! I'm from Italy and I absolutely love this man and his cooking-style, because it's the simple traditional italian one!

Pure Italian joy... Love it... My best snack is Bruschetta... You can top it with all from just tomato and cheese, to avocado, tomato, anchovies and kapers... It's a delight no matter what!

After cutting down my garden hedge, I watched this and found myself shopping for ingredients at 10pm! It was delicious. I added a bit of lemon zest and had a few bits on the side. Olives, piquante peppers and avocado. Cheers!
I just did this for my wife and daughters. Eldest daughter and Wife, not fans of cheese so I did scrambled eggs and they were fighting over it. My little Mills Bomb had the Bruschetta as you made it and loved it. And Jamie you should know. SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED gave this DISH OF THE DAY
