    Never failed to supply great information in its most simplified form. You make it so easy to follow along with it being so detailed in such a short amount of time. 1 thing I would like to see added is what rep ranges we should be doing for each exercise. Thanks x

    Is it possible to do series for those having health issues in the future? Diabetics, hiv, ibs, dialysis, etc. Maybe too much to ask but it would certainly be a first in the online world, disclaimers are always the same obv.
