I would take the standard hot water heater out and put in a tankless water heater. Also, remove the stucco ceiling and do a flat ceiling. I would have ceiling fans in the every room

Where the master bedroom doesn’t open straight into a living room or family room or kitchen I’d love to have some privacy if I want to walk out of my bedroom especially if their company or a guest over I believe the manufacturer that designs this will have one of the hottest sellers on the market because I know I’m not alone on privacy from the master bedroom. But love your guys designs and everything about your guys company wish it would be you to design that style of a home. Thanks 🙏🏻

The master suite should have some type of separation such as a short hallway, etc. I would turn the utility room into a home office and the back porch into a utility room or pantry. The pantry seems kind of small for such a large home. Did I miss the linen closets for the other bathrooms? I think the only one I saw was in the master suite. Is it possible to have some of those lovely deep drawers in the island be refrigerated? Do you offer pot fillers? It would be a real pain to carry large pots of water from the sink around the island to the stove on the other side of the kitchen and then back again to empty. It really is a beautiful home.
I love the size of this home. As mentioned, I always want ceiling vents. I believe air circulates better. Floor vents are usually blocked by furniture and decor. Also, a window that opens above a sink is a must have with all appliances against the wall. A space for a freezer would be helpful as well as large doors to every room, closet, pantry, etc. also helpful is a covered porch or roofed breezeway leading to the door. I don’t know about you, but when it rains, I don’t want to get wet turning off alarm, opening the door, getting mail from a locked box or delivered packages getting wet. I’ve noticed the majority of mobile or modular homes don’t have attached garages and if they do, you have to walk to the front door.
The house is fantastic but the sink in the kitchen is too far away from the stove. Maybe an additional small sink in the island or faucet over the stove.
@@KentuckyDreamHomes I am a kitchen designer and we try to maintain a 15' work triangle between the stove, refrigerator, and sink. A prep sink on the island would accommodate this and the sink by the dishwasher would be the cleanup sink. Maybe you can offer the extra sink as an upgrade?

I love this home. I would make a few tweaks such as making the living room side even with the back and moving the front to the left giving more room to the front right bedroom closet. A larger pantry would be nice. 2 master suits. Access to the attic for extra storage. Steeper roof line in front. That would also need a very large efficient furnace and AC for that large a house. Can one get guttering and solar options?

Love this home. I believe we will be purchasing from you in the future when we retire to Kentucky. There are only a few things I would change. I would add mud room features in the laundry room. More shelves in the pantry so that it would be more efficient. I would add barn doors for the family room and a fireplace. For the master bath, I would take away the middle cabinets for a sitting area.
This house is much larger than I would like . I like good use of space like they do in tiny houses so no hallways for me.Also an open concept in kitchen and living room leading to back yard through French doors with the master bedroom off living room that also has French doors opening to a back yard patio. Building lots most places are small today and don't allow for a large house unless you go to a second story. Loved that large closet. I could go for a small bathroom with large shower with glass doors and the second could be just a stand alone tube or tube and shower. My household just showers so a lot of tubs would be a waste. A lot of builders neglect the closet space. Your master closet Iooks like a Beverly Hills closet.
I saw the opening into the kitchen I thought you were going to have stools that pulled up to eat by the kitchen. Then I realized it was just an opening.
I like that it can be either a 5 or 6 bedroom home, and that it can be set on a full functional basement as well. Really nice and cozy home. If I were buying I would prefer it as a modular, with heating outlets in the ceiling.

I love most everything about this home. I live with my Daughter and her family and not easy to find a split floor plan for all 5 of us. Not crazy about the laundry room being right off the Family Room and the closet in the one bedroom with the Bathroom is ridiculously small. Outside of this, I love the colors, layout (with exception of stated) and especially the size. Keep up the great work!!!!

It's a great home. If anyone thinking about getting one. Make it a modular home. That's what we going with. The back porch making it a office. I know everyone have questions about the kitchen. The company can not do a pot filler. What we doing is adding a small sink by stove.
I really like this home overall. I don’t like how far away from the stove the kitchen sink is. I like the island size and I like that it is all one level and I like that it doesn’t have the sink or stove on the island. But when you’re cooking you need to easily be able to reach over and drop something into the sink, washer hands and do other things.

The home is beautiful. The only things I would like to have different is that I like formal areas. So I'd like to have a formal living room and dining room,eat in kitchen, different color cabinets, countertops and porcelain tile throughout the house and a screened in back porch.

Light cabinets, floors, and trim would make this home feel open and airy. Gas range, furnace, and woodburning fireplace would be musts for me. Love bay windows and especially those with storage seating used as part of dining seating. Stage the living areas to not have furniture against the walls. Yes...1st manufacturer to come up with a private entry master suite wins. I've seen a couple floor plans that come close, but are still off a man living/family room.

I totally agree! The master bedroom should be a little retreat. It should be a little secluded away from everything where you can relax and unwind.

Love this home, changes I would make is add a fireplace to den, and a wider front porch would like to see that in a 3 bedroom with 3 and a 1/2 bath, love closet and 1/2 bath near front entrance, maybe a foyer entrance instead of flat entry🤷♀️

The home is beautiful. The only things I would like to have different is that I like formal areas. So I'd like to have a formal living room and dining room,eat in kitchen, different color cabinets, countertops and porcelain tile throughout the house and a screened in back porch.

It sure would be great if you folks would make your homes available in WV. From what I can see, the homes are really nice and would be wonderful to own, but leaving my home state just to get one wouldn’t be something I’m ready to do. Otherwise, you’ve got some great stuff to offer.

This is beautuful and spacious. I would have to have my kitchen sink closer to my frig and stove. I would take out the carpet and tile for hardwood floors. If you can please slow up on the showing a little to fast and with the turning. Thanks for sharing.

I prefer wall ovens, but I didn’t see a place for them. Also, I would also prefer engineered hardwood floors throughout. Can you get chair height toilets?

I absolutely love this home I have watched this videos 4xs. Small things I would change is a bigger tub in master room, exterior color to grey black n white like my current home and close in back porch for me a beauty room. I love this home. I want it😍🥰🤗

Light cabinets, floors, and trim would make this home feel open and airy. Gas range, furnace, and woodburning fireplace would be musts for me.
All faucets, showers, and doorknobs would be brushed or satin nickel. Ceiling fans in the Master Bedroom, office area, living room/den would be GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful home. I agree about the sink being closer to the stove. Would love to have barn doors to close off the family room from the kitchen area. Pantry needs more shelving. Have you ever done a tankless hot water heater or considered any solar options? No carpet anywhere for my family. Love bay windows and especially those with storage seating used as part of dining seating. Stage the living areas to not have furniture against the walls. Yes...1st manufacturer to come up with a private entry master suite wins. I've seen a couple floor plans that come close, but are still off a man living/family room.

Almost perfect. Huge, and love the family room. Don’t want to walk thru master bath to get to master closet, and a few other minor tweaks. But if I had to pick a home from the ones I’ve seen, this is tie with my other favorite, The King. Thanks.
