This house can be built as a modular or manufactured home and offers 3 sections and also comes in several different versions! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Briar Ritz 7204.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,670 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! One of my favorite things about this home is that it does not look like a mobile on the outside nor in the inside. Its an awesome house..plenty of room/storage space..the layout is awesome!
Manufactured homes have caught up to the same prices as new builds. its crazy
Right?? And that’s not even including the land you have to buy to put the home there! I’m currently looking to move closer to my mom from East Texas to Dallas, and it’s damn near cheaper to buy a well-constructed home in a nice neighborhood. It’s insane!

Omg this is (in my eyes) the PERFECT setup! The bedrooms are not small and the back behind the kitchen would be great if you have an elderly parent living with you (like I do). This is, by far, the best home tour you did! LOVE IT!!!

I think the only thing I’d change is I love the Hardy on the outside more than the vinyl. I think I’d use all Hardy!! Gorgeous home!

My boyfriend and I looked at this model last year in Tennessee. We purchased a different 4 bedroom model/brand over a year ago and because of labor/lumber shortages it’s still not done yet 😳 was supposed to be built and delivered by last October, now they said maybe July but don’t count on it. But that’s ok! For now I will live vicariously through your videos lol

One of my favorites 🤩 I love this 4bdrm option and the other one with the porch and fireplace outside. Now I think I need to combine both and make it a sextuplet wide!! 😅😂🥰
I'd guess that shower could be changed. That is a molded shower pan in it, a totally tiled shower, walls, and floor probably could be done for a price.
This house is just...AMAZING!!! I absolutely love it. Especially the kitchen utility area. So much elbow room. Just a fantastic job of showing, Chance! You show a house like how I would like to look through it if I were there. You let us see everything. I like looking in the cupboards, and closets. I like to see what else would fit in the rooms besides the things the room is customized to have.

Hands down THE BEST. This is the perfect house with a perfect floor plan. There's literally nothing I can think that need improvement. I NEED THIS HOME!!!!!
I could actually see me in this one.... I'd want to add a basement & a couple changes in the kitchen, but otherwise, I love it.
This home is beautiful and I do love the lay out . I love the fact that you don't have to walk through the kitchen to get to the laundry room.

Deer Valley has some really nice homes. I love the stone outside. And I really like how the kitchen is divided from the Living room.
I wouldn't change anything, but would add a sliding back door, to eventually have a deck. Love it, love it. And deer valley uses wooden shelving in the pantry and closets. Instead the wired white racks. I don't care for those. Makes the house look cheap. Yes, you can make them wooden yourself, but why? Utility room needs cupboards though.

Home prices are ridiculous. How does anyone expect to pay an outrageous amount for a house nowadays. Some of these double wide, triple wide and manufactured housing, pre fab is even getting outrageous to afford a home.
Nice giant laundry room with plenty of room for a stand-up freezer.
Always good to see double sinks in a shared bathroom.
That way there is no excuse for the big brother spitting out toothpaste on the back of the little brother's head !
This is a great layout for a multi-generational family, or perhaps a blended family where there's an age gap between the oldest child and his/her half-siblings. Grandma/Grandpa or oldest child can have their own space with the 4th bedroom.

I love this home. I’m a school bus driver and this house is actually one that I pick a kid up at in my route. I fell in love with the outside from day one when I saw it. Funny how you have it on here. May not be identical inside, but the outside is. Love love love.

Outstanding layout. Perfect for my situation, having my elderly mom and children. I would change the kitchen however. I would opt for the sink to be moved to where the cook top is and a window put there. Then have a regular stove instead of the wall oven. I would have just a plain island, with the microwave installed in the island. Thanks Chance. I liked and shared!

WOW, the fireplace is a dream. I can just picture a big Christmas tree alongside it, roaring fire and snow outside. This is such a cosy home. I love the grey grain on the cabinets as well. Thank you for bringing us such amazing homes Chance.

It's not always about the looks of the house ..it's about the quality of craftsmanship the house was built..was the house made with odd ball mobile home size parts or full size real house part's example entry doors are they mobile home 30 inch or real 36inch entry doors

There is no denying its visual beauty but the truth is it will depreciate in value over time and a tornado or just a very strong wind will destroy it.
Do a little reading on modular homes. They do not depreciate and beleive it or not, hold up well in storms. There a picture floating around of a franklin home in south Louisiana, along the coast after a cat 4 hurricane. Might change your mind.

I see that whoever designed the bathroom and the window placement made sure that if you're in the tub or the shower you can always put on a nice show for the neighbors ! 😬 😱 😂
This is an amazing house. I love it! Totally a house I would buy. The only thing I would change is adding more space on the front porch so I could have a porch swing and a nice size back deck!! Beautuful!!

This home, in my opinion, is the most beautiful home and layout. I love the living room, the very best one I've seen and the best fireplace by far. It's so extremely cozy.
Also, I love the kitchen and dining room layout. This home is extremely high-quality designed with the creative layout, colors, and materials. A woman must have designed this one, lol. 😆

The door and window trim looks old school , like the archer door ways, great study area , nice utility room. Real great home, really like the Sutter's.
I love every aspect of this house right down to the kitchen cabinets. Those arches really give the home character. The master bathroom shower is BOMB! I also like that it's all on one level, not a 2 story home.

Love the exterior, Color and design. Beautiful kitchen with pot filler and pantry and a real dining room! That laundry is amazing with lots of room to sew. Generous bedrooms and closets. The master suite is great.

Chance, this home was beautiful. I love the fireplace. Thank you for opening up one of the cupboards in the kitchen I got to see that it was soft close. I enjoyed seeing you do the pantry dance. The laundry room was huge. And all the bedrooms were big also. I couldn't believe how much storage space there was. I like that there was a seat in the tiled shower.
