Love this home! We’ve been looking at all the Deer Valley homes. This one is on the topic of my list. I think if you could add a pantry, a linen closet in the master bathroom, a built in microwave, the porches connect and a 2 car garage you would have me sold!
Kentucky Dream Homes me and my wife are going to sell our home and property in Florida. We are moving to the mountains in Tennessee. How much roughly would this cost as it is in the video. Also how long will it take to put in , septic, well, and the home.

Speaking on the master bath, I would like the window in the shower as it lets light in, but it should be frosted or something like wavy glass for privacy. I love the vent and window in the water closet. Over all, it is a really great layout.
There's a Tahoe model at the sales lot at Normandy Hones in Jacksonville waiting to be set up, I aim to go see it as soon as ready to show. My wife is going to kove this, we are moving to Georgia in the coming months.
I also like the toilet in a room all by itself but this one is special because it has a window in there how lovely that in that closet where the porch is OK to
I agree. The home seems so large and yet lack of rooms one finds in smaller floor plans. Who needs a master that large? One spends 8 hours a day in it, but 7 hours with ones eyes closed. And at least 30 minutes of that hour on the bathroom. But that wic could be a touch larger😉
Coat closet..drawers in bar cabinet...would love walk in pantry...would change steps in front to come in facing front door.. Love the floors and size of home .. Would like room for freezer in a kitchen pantry.. Love this home lay out

Love the home tile floors no carpet vent in the ceiling different colors inside the house oil paint that you can wash walls without the paint rubber off. Love the safe structure. Tall toilet's
It is a lovely home overall. I personally prefer to have the master bedroom in the back with the other bedrooms. I also prefer that the line of sight is changed so that one can't see out of their bathtub straight into the living area. I like the back porch. I could see spending all but the very coldest/rainy days out there.

This is a beautiful home! Tweaks: 1) switch the Master BR closet & guest bath. This would make the guest bath feel more private (& you wouldn't see into it when entering the house).It would allow a longer uninterrupted wall in the master (for tv directly across from bed). Then the SW corner of the master closet could be made into an entry closet that you access from the hallway. 2) It needs a built-in microwave. At the very least, switch out the hood & put in a microwave with cooking vent. Just can't see a micro on the counter in a nice kitchen like this. Would love to hear some basic pricing. Thanks for a professional video. The commentary was so thorough & informative. I love your videos! I can't wait to see the next! Btw, it'd be wonderful if you'd provide a link to your website in the information area. I found myself wanting to click & explore more homes.

Terrific. A cut above anything else I have seen. Would like a coat closet and an attached garage. For the layout shown, where would the garage be attached?
I have several questions, can this home be built with a stairwell for a basement and can you place a gas furnace and a gas tankless water heater in the basement...can a pull down stairs be built in for access to the attic...can a whirlpool tub replace the soaker tub, about the same too?..
Get rid of the water heater and put in "Instahot" units. Adds another closet area. Use ductless heat and air so it doesn't use space in an attic area and ducts don't get ripped up by animals. Wrap those porches together with roof over. Helps in warm climates, stays cooler. I need to pay attention to your company. I'm selling out in a year or so. Your quality seems better than most.
I am looking for the right home, I am also looking for land too. This home is beautiful, but I would like if the porch in front and side would have a ramp and steps together. I have diabetes and arthritis I have days when I can and days when going down on steps hurt to much.
I would move attic access to the utility room, I don't like the idea of having to let someone in my closet if they need access to the attic. I LOOOVE that the master bathroom's toilet area has its own window in it so you don't feel as claustrophobic in the small space.
Needs a pantry and front hall closet, maybe a 1/2 bath near front door and another bedroom, for my family. And since I'm dreaming another space for kids( den/ family room). Can this home be changed up like this? Or do you have another triple wide?
Why on earth is there not a coat closet at the front door? When you have guests, where do they put their clothes/shoes? It's one of my biggest pet peeves. Also, I would move the walkin closet over and put the 2nd bathroom between it and the bedroom. That way it is more accessible to both bedrooms but not too far away from the living areas.
