Oh what about the outside of the building, are there options for siding other than vinal siding? Like what about hardy cement board in a shiplap pattern? Once home is placed on a permanent foundation like a slab or chain wall can you have those options of siding placed on the home or have it bricked?

Absolutely gorgeous with the exception of a few changes like no carpet due to pets! I would need a lot larger pantry about the size of that utility room, either a pouch and a half or a full porch across the front, lastly a place to house a deep chest freezer. Absolutely love the back porch, very nice with having the two different entry ways! Other than that, this is a magnificent home! How much is this home and can it be placed on a slab or chain wall and if so what about the cost? Would you know about what that would be and would this company do the work? Also do you service South Mississippi? One more thing what type of counter are in the kitchen?

If possible I would put another toilet in the master bathroom where the shelves are, the one wall would have the toilet the orher make cabinet. That way this truly is a his and hers bathroom.
Regular door instead of barn door. No carpet anywhere. The open area in the master bathroom with the shelves….i don’t know. However, I want this…oh yeah!

I like this home ,but I would have a second toilet in the master bath and a sliding doors in the kitchen going to porch and no door or window in the master bathroom going to porch. Everything else is great.
Need more shelves in the pantry and no sliding door. Get rid of the ugly elongated electric "fireplace" and put in a traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner.

I like it other than there is no coat closet. Pantry is small and it would have been nice to see a place for linens near the other bedrooms too

Good laundry room set up. Does need a coat closet and More linen closet space or cabinet for that side of the home.
Put a mic on… you’re echoing and a lot reverb. The guy giving your is so tall that it actually makes the home appear small..
Can the manufacturer build these to hurricane rated specs? Since it is a modular home and not a trailer?

I wonder why they don’t use TREX instead of porch lumber. Wood rot would occur after 7 years
