If I was getting this for me now I'd have just the one bedroom down the end and make the living room and family room bigger and maybe the dining area. It's just my partner and I now and we have our granddaughter come to stay so don't need the extra bedrooms.
I like the idea of making the Den a Formal Dining Room, but it could also be used if you have children as a classroom if you choose to home school your children and then returned as a Den after your children are no longer in school.

I do have a question I love the house I love the way It looks. I was wondering is it sitting on a foundation. If it can sit on a foundation were would the basement steps be located. also where's the furnace and water heater at, I did not see that in the walkthrough and my last question the transom windows and the kitchen underneath the cabinet can those be excluded. everything else I love it's fantastic I wouldn't change anything besides those two windows in the kitchen. Also can you give me information on where I can purchase this house in the state of Missouri
@@ThePrime206 I believe he said the transom windows were added on. So they’d be an addition to the regular plan. If I were you I would look up a nationwide homes near you. They should have these models. Just inquire.
@@ThePrime206 You can put the basement access in many areas. We would need to discuss or discuss with your builder. There are no furnaces anymore, its ran off the outside heat pump. We omitted the WH, we typically do that in most our model homes to maximize the sq footage. They can go in the basement, garage or go tankless WH.

We really don't assist on the locating of the land. We can help you develop the land with clearing and things of that nature. This specific plan starts in the low 300's!

What’s the deal Wire plastic coated shelves ARE CHEAP. Please get wood shelves. I’m sure you can get gas stoves and ovens as well Pantry needs wood shelves and a can roller drop thing. House isn’t that big 🤔
If you would like to do on site shelving systems you can. The wire shelving is at no cost and comes from the manufacturer already installed. Any plan can be ADA friendly. Its something I would need to know upfront obviously

This plan does have the option for the cape. This plan is a custom plan that is only offered by our company. We have private rights to it
