I find it fascinating how people will talk down on these homes but at the same time will buy a house in a cookie cutter subdivision. And these subdivisions arent even guaranteed to be high quality. i hear more bad stories from those than these modular homes
Love the house as shown porch and all. I love the 4th bedroom. I would use it as my office being a remote worker. I would also take the credit for the tub in the master and make the closet a linen closet. The master bedroom closet is huge. Can this be built anywhere in NC?? And, I know we would need to discuss price if I had you do everything porch, driveway, etc.
It is really impressive and each home is designed and built to your specifications and financial means to make it your home. The only thing you didn't mention which I thought was unusual and unique was the 2 transom windows under the cabinet in the kitchen and me personally I would have preferred the oven and microwave to be where the refrigerator is and the refrigerator where the oven is. The front entrance is awesome the 8ft Deep porch perfect Depth size but I would have added some can lighting in the ceiling and a couple of ceiling fans or maybe rope lighting for a soft glow at night.
You could move the fridge to that location if you wanted . Like I said in the video, we were one set short at the time of the video being recorded. Since this video, we have hung the shutters and added a crow foot accent in the gable of the porch.
