2 million for this home and it has an unfinished basement. There is nothing about that home that deserves a 2 mill price tag. Ive seen nicer for a good amount less.
Should be $500k in Kansas because no finished basement, carpeting on second floor, plain backyard, not enough land around the house, you see your neighbors from every window and odd window placement. The finishes are very nice though.
The dinning spaces and master suite is small. For $2M there should be a formal living room included. The wood stair spindles should be wrought iron and appliances should be high end. The built-in bbq griill area should have a sink and ample storage for a true outdoor kitchen. All showers should include handhelds and the mix of black and gold water fixtures throughout the house was tacky. The exposed beams were not attractive.
Beautiful home. Love the kitchen, love that the island has no sink on it. Love that the sink is in front of the window. Love love, love, the butler pantry. I wish the pantry would of had lower cabinets with butcher block that's how I want to remake my pantry. Just BEAUTIFUL!
This is hands down the favorite house I've ever seen! Beautiful. Homey feeling. And the kitchen has countertop space and storage! I love it! Thanks for sharing Timothy!
I'm not a huge fan of the dining room in the front of the house. I think with all the windows in that area, I'd make that a nice sitting room with lots of pretty plants and close off the open area from the pantry going into that room. The other room off the kitchen would be the everyday eating area and dining room.
Some nice finishes and nice storage. But as a student of architecture I can tell you it’s a very poor floor plan. The kitchen should be by the garage. Even just reversing the master and the kitchen would’ve been helpful. The master could have had corner windows if it was reversed with the kitchen. Not sure why there are steps up from the garage but I don’t know the elevations of the lot. Seems like that could have been addressed. Looks like about a six or $700,000 house
The architectural details feel very applied, both indoors and out. Also, why doesn't the living room have windows that you look out of? Not a fan of this house because of the living room alone.
Like the house but no go for me is that there are basically no windows out of the living room to the backyard. Everything is open on the fron of the house but by close yourself off the your backyard like that? Definitelly needs more windows back there.
Love this house!! Wrap around porch, cozy living room...kitchen not out in open Absolutely the favorite rooms are morning room and master bath!!! Wonderful idea for master bedroom to be on main level....just so much to love and enjoy ❤❤
Beautiful home, certainly. That living room was a question mark, though. A high wall on one side with no features or windows. Notable lack of an outside view, in contrast to the formal dining room. Seems like the architect dropped the ball in the living room.
Timothy?? This house was worth the wait!! Very Majestic Looking!! It's One Of My Favorites Too!! Like The Artistry And The Way It's Designed!! Just A Very Smart Beautiful Home From Upstairs To The Basement Is Just Grand And Stately!! You Hit This Out Of The Ballpark!! Thank You For This Winner!!❤😊
The positive: the style and trades skilled items . Good lighting both natural and man made. The deal breaker: open concept. My kitchen needs its own sanctuary:) .
Beautiful home!! I love these videos. I get ideas and a wish list for my home. The stove and double oven are on my list. I really like the grill area. ❤️
From the first impression, it looks as though you were in the country. As you tour the home that is certainly not the case, however the exterior looks much better than the interior
I'm loving the house AND the street itself looks beautiful as well. I always hate seeing a new home and all the trees and foliage have been mowed down for the construction.
I really love this house. I have 2 problems with it, 1 would probably be easily rectified, the other idk. I would like double hung windows in all the rooms instead of windows that dont open. One of the previous comments mentioned that where the mirrors are in the living room there should be windows, I'll second that. Also there is no guest bath upstairs. If ppl are in the study or family room the only access to a bathroom is thru one of the bedrooms. Over all the house is great. I like craftsman homes and the house is not overwhelming but rather cozy. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊
I’m not usually into the double story homes, because myself and my mother are wheelchair bound, but there are a few places you could incorporate a lift to have access to all 3 levels of that stunning home, would just need a secondary master on the main level and it would be perfect to house my whole family
This is for sure a beautiful home. Love the screened in back porch. I wish more homes had that as an option. However, seems priced a little high at $2 million…especially with the basement unfinished and what seems to be a smaller lot than say the Utah homes.
Nice home but no finished basement and no web trusses to have an ultra smooth ceiling with everything tucked in so I don’t get how builders/designers overlook these important details so when it is finished it looks as good as the rest of the homes details instead of an afterthought…. Just my opinion but thanks for the videos Timmothy and congratulations on the partnership!!!! God Bless and safe travels doing what you do!!!!
Love the latout and decor, very nice home. But 2,000,000 that's just way over priced. Still very nice. What was behind the door in the master suite toilet?
They should have arched the Kitchen opening before you get to the large island before you get to the stove... would mimic the curves outside too and warm up the home more as it is. I don't like stairs, especially if I want to make it my forever home...stairs, been there done that, I prefer a one level home. Still it's a nice home. Thanks for showcasing this.
Gorgeous house with beautiful attention to detail in the floors, ceilings, cabinetry and even door handles. I gotta say that the staging is NOT doing this house any favours. For the price, the back yard is a let down, but otherwise really beautiful home.
the basement would be perfect for a pottery room. plenty of space for molds and boxes of clay. and a few kilns. it would be awesome. Overall it is a beautiful home. but i would like it if it was out in the countryside instead of in a neighborhood.
For $2M and not having some of the finer details like soft closing doors on cabinets, unfinished basement, pretty basic built in closets, and tankless water heater. Other than that the details on the ceiling and herringbone brick on the porch very nice. Overall very cool home.
It's a nice house. The unfinished basement invites for make your own man cave with your ideas. But here in Germany you can buy a house of stone and concrete for this amount. I think for the porch swing is not enough space for swinging.
Very nice home, but if you relegate all the kids to the upstairs media room, any guests have to go into someone's bedroom to use a bathroom. Either they need another half bath up there or one of them needs hallway access also. The same is true if someone is using the home office. Master is very small for the amount of sq. ft. the entire house has.
What a beautiful, spacious home that looks well designed and well built. It just seemed so comfortable as you toured it and I didn’t see anything I would change. 🩵
Ok, I am probably the only one, but I don't like walking in the front door and see nothing but stairs Yuck. And all the windows in the dining room...wish they had put them to the back of the house. Odd how many people in the comments shooting their mouths off about this house not being worth $2m… while they ignore the fact that it’s under contract for more than that… anything and everything is worth exactly what it sells for.

Very nice home if you do not have little children. Why are they still Building homes with the master on the First floor and the children's bedrooms on the second floor? It’s only two car garage too 😩
Nice home but if I’m spending $2 million it would not be this

Beautiful home, it's a shame the lot is so small. A house like that needs at least an acre.
Yeah the lack of privacy from the windows in the dining room wouldnt be a problem if it this house was surrounded by a forest instead of neighbors
Less then a an acre and 2M!! No way, absolutely not!
Very small back yard and that tiny patio was a joke. Also it looked like the ground was very uneven and rough.

Great home! Although, I'm really surprised the primary bedroom wasn't bigger.

Love the craftsman style but needs windows where the mirrors are on each side of the fireplace. Makes the living room Cave like.
