Starr Homes is definitely my favorite builder. That doesn’t take anything away from the other builders we have visited. But homes sitting on 20 acres is just a step above. These homes deserve a little elbow room! This is my favorite interior. I love the 4-paneled doors on both levels. And I love every piece of wall art. The rail track in the entrance, the country farmyard at the bottom of the steps, and the Raven are spectacular. I cannot wait to see the next home so that you can open some doors and drawers! 😂

What a beautiful home. I really like this builder. I’ve noticed that a lot of builders are building stuff for dogs. I’ve seen dog baths, built in kennels, and sleeping spaces. I wish builders would also have options for cats. Some built in cat trees, window perches, and wall climbing furniture(shelves, ramps, etc). I think it would go over well. Can’t wait to see the third house from Starr Homes.
This might be my most favorite floorplan simply because the master suite and private office is hidden. ❤Most of them seem to be right in the living room. The only thing I would change is the ladder in the pantry taking up most of the floor space. I'd maybe have some kind of mechanism that folds it flat until I need it. Now all I need is a few million. Slight work 😂
New favorite! Great floor plan. Love how its big but not intimidatingly so. It feeels so comfortable. Love the wide staircase and how the bzsement doesnt feel like a basement. Extra credit for the office.
This layout!!!! And that breakfast nook is everything. Basement is amazing. Incredible house 10/10! Only thing I’d add would be a theatre room. Also that drawer most likely microwave. Well done man, your page is highly addicting.
Outstanding home! Love the kitchen, butler pantry and pantry! That eat-in nook and bar ain't too shabby either! My only change (and it would be big but at this price point why not?) would be to build an upstairs for the children's rooms and fully outfit that basement with a game room, wine cellar, home theater, guest suite, bathroom(s) etc,.!
Beautiful! My only concern with this one would be the horizontal railings. My blood pressure would be through the roof worrying about kids using them like a ladder and then falling down below. (Mom of four boys) The land alone is unbelievable!
That last shower under the stairs was so Cool. Like that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One area I'm not crazy about Is the actual More formal dining area, all glass and back side is glass patio doors and close too, just not my vision for a formal dining room table. This home is very nice and also set up for those that like to entertain. I think the outside patio off to master office is nice but I would have a full railing for more security and privacy so not wide open all along the whole front and even so you enter though a gate.
Wow. What a house. So beautiful and very functional. The only downside is there is only one bedroom on the main level. I love the outdoor spaces and backyard
Love the Pantry and the ladder on a rail and the mudd room but really don't like the laundry room having to go through the kitchen and past the Butler prep/Pantry area to access it.
I've enjoyed this series but one thing I would like to change is it all the bar areas I would want to make sure there was a microwave available and also in any new home if it were me I would install handicap accessible toilets
Beautiful home and practical use of space. I don't think anything was wasted. I would like to see a light in the children's play room under the stairs; perhaps with an automatic light. Otherwise, it may get a bit scary.

Love to hear the prices…but love the homes and designs….clearly worth 5 million from where I live in Massachusetts…..out there probably still a couple million with all those extras….a beautiful home.
I've seen all 3 of the "modern farmhouses" and I love them all. This one seems to be most practical for two old folks with family coming and going. There are things I'd change in all three of them, but not by much. An elevator or 2 would be must-haves. The lower level great for including the puppers, keeping the upper level nice for guests. They're all 3 beautiful homes, and this builder seems to have really tuned in to what we need. ❤
a home theater room would be mandatory in ANY home I build ...the TV's hanging on walls is cool but it's not a dedicated home theater room that closes off.
Maybe you should have the homeowners put a post it note or something on the doors indicating it's OK to open these doors and/or cabinets. Or maybe make you some notes on the floor plans before starting the video so you know what's behind each door and can accurately tell us. Just suggestions

..?and wallpaper? I'm old enough to know what a nightmare wallpaper can be it gets dated and it needs to be replaced and sometimes it ruins the wall to the point where you can't even do anything else.
Your favorite thing about these house tours happens to be my least favorite thing about watching your house tours: opening every closet, cabinet, or drawer. Love the raw walk-through style and quality of the homes you tour but for me opening everything kills the flow of the tour.
This is NOT a farmhouse.. My idea of a working farmhouse is a utility room at the back with a scored concrete floor with a hose on the wall and a drain in the middle!! And a toilet with a shower!! Give me a break this is not for an active rural life.
