Wow!! This house is gorgeous!! And Massive!! I love the details and whoever designed and decorated it deserves a medal. I lost track of how many TV's there were in there. And fireplaces! And the pool, landscaping, and all that outdoor space. I could never afford this house, but if I could I would not change a thing. Beautiful. Probably my favorite home you have ever toured.

Even though the bathroom across the hallway is there I feel this home should have a dedicated bathroom with shower for the exercise/sauna room.
The architecture is really phenomenal with this one.

A luxury five-star hotel. It would take a lot of people to maintain such a house. For those who don't mind the constant presence of strangers in the house. GPS is required to move around the house.

Wow, there isn’t much I would change and I absolutely love most all the interior design and finishes. I also cannot believe the house is “only” 10,200sf. As compared to other houses on this scale, it seems much larger.

I love rooms with a unique twist. Each bedroom has that uniqueness. I love the upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful home! It almost feels like one half is the house, the other half is a public restaurant/bar. Even has that feeling of a conference center, to a certain extent. Lovely! I sure would hate to clean it though :)

Definitely a entertainer home and executive home.
This is a beautiful home, with tons of living and entertaining space, with a home like this, who needs to vacation, this is equivalent to a luxury resort, way more home than I personally need, but it would be ideal for large family events or upscale parties 🥰

I say my word Timothy, I really love this house, truly impressive. Aside from the complete house tour, I love the property that the home sits on without having to worry about a bunch of neighbors being close to you
OMG!!! You've outdone yourself, Timothy. I absolutely 💯 really love this place and the exterior of it. I love the built-ins throughout, the patio, the china glass cabinets in the kitchen. I the stone fireplace, stone accent walls throughout, and the backsplash. My most favorite part is the master bedroom and bathroom. I really love the gas fireplace, the stand-alone tub with the water faucet coming out of the floor. It gives it the farmhouse look. That one room looks like a cafe vibe to it. I probably would turn the basement into an apartment for my oldest daughter and her one child. Then the second floor, I would turn that into another apartment for my youngest daughter who has 2 kids and 1 on the way.

I love this kind of layout. Reminds me of my old house. The kitchen was sort of in the middle of the home with living rooms, den, office, dining room, breakfast nook, etc, wrapping all around the kitchen. I adored the layout. The kitchen seemed tucked away yet easily accessible.
This design is the most beautiful I've ever had the extreme pleasure to see. The flow and design are completely thought out meticulously. I m blown away. Thank you for sharing

I also enjoyed the grass cloth wallpaper in one of the bathrooms as well as the metallic looking penny tile in the lower bathroom backsplash/shower floor. Over 10,000 sf with only three full bathrooms? That's just wrong. My house has that and it's WAY smaller. A house this size should have a bathroom inside every bedroom and at least two half baths.

Hey, Tim! Yes,,it’s a spectacular home for family & their guests. The lot, the acreage, the incredible wall of windows👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. As it’s an obvious entertainer’s home, in my opinion, it should have at least two more bathrooms to service the pool area and 2nd floor bar/lounge space. That apoxy floor storage space is a gem with limitless possibilities!

One word "Opulent". Somebody dreamed BIG when they thought of building this home. You can get lost in this one! I love how all of the glass doors open into one entertainment are. You could hold a wedding reception in there and people would be comfortable. Lots of seating and space to walk around. There were many decorative features that pleases the eye. Wow! Wow! Wow!
I wish the fireplace in the master bedroom matched the stone of the fireplace in the living room and that all seasons room
Honestly! This is the nicest homes I have ever seen. An I have seen a lot of homes. Only two changes I would make. Needs a theater somewhere, a the kitchen layout needs a little work. Not much. But could be different in person. Absolutely stunning! The hit it out of the park!
OMG! I would need a map to figure out all the rooms I lived in this house. It is beautiful and very showy. Great entertainment house.
Amazing home. But I would eliminate the golf simulator, replace it with an indoor hot tub, sauna, and shower. Move sauna to enlarge gym. That door behind the poker area leads to unfinished storage, which I would transform into a mancave.

Having the range in front of the windows could result in that sticky condensation look that some restaurants (that display their rotisserie meat) have at their frontage.

I believe the master is a steam shower because the ceilings has the Tilt to keep the water running down the wall not dripping
It has a computerized steam shower and a tv in that shower.
I relooked at it there was no vent on the ceiling maybe it's a pop off valve that's behind the the steamer everybody needs to know it's should be timed

I don't know why, but when you walked into the great room and showed the ceiling, my first thought was that I could rock some Christmas decorations up there, lol!
Play it at 2x playback speed and can still understand every word and see every inch of the home and not be rushed

The weathered wood on the exterior is the first thing I will change about the house. It kind of offsets the design flow of the building.
