The price is an absolute steal for this property! I live in Chicago and there are condos for sale in Chicago that cost way more than this home. Im thinking about buying in Georgia now!
WoW, this home is a beautiful structure. I can easily see this as one of my families' favorite places to visit as vacation. The bonus kids' area is what sold me along with the unique design and attention to detail displayed well throughout this lovely home. I LOVE THIS HOUSE. One thing I love about 80s, 90s, 00s mansion is how unique the layouts are. Now are there elements I would update? Of course but some of those designs were very nostalgic.

This house is so cute! I love how classic it is.! I would move in as is immejiately! The little overlooks of The Great Room are so adorable! The spa-like bathroom? The gold accents? The dressing room and vanity with the mirrors like a classic mall fitting room??? 😍 I love darker/moody spaces, but this palace is basically me in a home!
A lot of people don’t like the decor of this property but I wouldn’t change a thing, it’s warm and welcoming without it being too over the top like some homes. You get a lot of house and land and the price seems reasonable but I don’t know the area so can’t really comment on that, if I had this kind of money this would be on my wish list.

And he would love this magnificent space to roam freely as we live in stuffy LA. While the home is huge, the rooms are still cozy and not terribly overwhelming. I've seen so many homes, but this home is taking the cake. It's truly majestic!
Why on every channel there's always these people saying "this house interior design is awful", this house architecture is horrible" .as if their opinions were the objective truth, while these houses were made by professionals with the guidance of their owners tastes
I love the footage, the kitchen, the back yard, spa, the lighting, crown moulding, the walk way, the basketball court, the movie theater, chef's kitchen, the custom closet space, the pools, the laundry shute, the media area, as well as the acreage. I also like that the trees aren't close to the house because the Atlanta area and it's surrounding suburbs experience tornados from time to time. However, the paint colors, some of the tiling, some of the wall paper, back splashes, carpet, as well as some of the hedges in the front of the home would have to be replaced. I'm glad that the loft has storage.

Magnificently architected house! At 38:00 there are stairs which seem to lead up to an attic. Any idea about it and how big it is? I assume it's not finished, but I am always thinking of how I can exploit every last bit of space in a house.

To complete this nice mansion I would hire a professional exterior construction team to take off the inferior stucco and rebuild with either brick or stone.
i kinda like the look of the room, it makes it unique. im not a fan of a lot of the modern home looks, they feel a bit boring to me and screams conformity. i like this it makes the home stand out and has amazing space, room for parents, the kids. the pools are nice, you got a tennis/ basketball court which can also be use to practice your tumbling skills if you got a kid that a cheerleader. oh how i wish i was wealthy so i could afford something like this. Very large house. Very well manicured lawn. Most of the asking price must be for the 11+ acres, because it clearly seems like at least 1 mil plus in upgrades. And that’s being modest. The house is extremely dated. I’d be interested to see when the roof, hvac and other parts of the bones of the house were replaced.
This place is a freaking palace! Shame about the interior though. Would cost a fortune to modernize the inside of the place but other than that, it’s an insane house. I’d probably get lost myself or lose my pet dog in this mansion 😂

Interior has a late 70's early 80's look but it is well maintained.
This home is in prestine condition! The property has been meticulously maintained over the years.

This place is a freaking palace! Shame about the interior though. Would cost a fortune to modernize the inside of the place but other than that, it’s an insane house. I’d probably get lost myself or lose my pet dog in this mansion 😂

A house like that in Brazil would cost 5x more ! Maybe 50M or more ... Of course 8M is still expansive for most of us , but .. 😅

My only complaint would be the closet space. I've seen houses much smaller than this with MUCH more space. Not really complaint just an observation I couldn't get past.
